Thanks, sure gave me a better understanding of how to take everything off. Manual really isn't much help. The shelter cover (top piece which covers the storage) really sucks trying to put on & off. Once again thanks for taking the time to post.
Glad it helped you out. Yeah, that center cover is tricky. We decided to make a video on removing the panels on this machine since it seems like everyone else skips over recording that part in their videos when they are working on one of these ATV's. Thanks for watching!
Good Job Scarlet, Also, much easier if you remove the front luggage rack. Now, help me find a bolt I dropped. LOL Maybe show a video of removing the throttle cable next video? Factory used lousy grease that dried up. Fixed with spray, dry Graphite from the top down. Bought it at O'Reily's ..
We haven’t had to remove the front racks when taking the plastic panels off, but if it helps you out that’s great. If we ever have to remove the throttle cable we can make a video. But so far we haven’t had any issues with ours so don’t plan to mess with it at this point. Thanks for watching!!
Glad it helped! We tried to find a video to help us figure it out, when we couldn’t find one we knew that we needed to make one for others. Thanks for watching!!!
Gotta tear mine down to inspect after the dealer molested my machine. Got the 708 oil recall done, new rings. Sounds like heat shield rattle now, sucks having strangers work on your stuff IMO
For seat removal stand at back of machine lift on left and right back corners of seat with your hands. Then pull seat back towards you and that’s it. The stock air filter doesn’t require tools, just pop open four air box lid clips and remove lid, then pull and wiggle foam air filter element loose, clean and reoil foam and reinstall. There should be info on these topics in your owners manual.

Many thanks, Scarlet -- helped me get them off my new 2020 700 for the 1st scheduled maintenance.
You’re welcome! Glad it helped! It definitely takes a few times to get used to it. Thanks for watching!
Always good to see a new video 😁

A very careful removal indeed!

Yeah it’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics nowadays.
Thank you. But how do you take off the seat? Im scared to pull tug too hard and brake something. How do you change the air filter?

Thanks for the heads up. We haven't had any issues with it so far.
Can i take off the side covers whitout removing top cover
No. The top covers have tabs that sit into the side covers. So you have to remove the top first.
Still easier then on outlander lol
