Not thread tape, it's supposed to do up on the seal, thread tape will interfere with it doing up on the seal, maybe the seal fell out. When you seal the thread, the water comes out past the swivel part of the fitting.

I'mAWinner-ish hi if problem was not there before maybe you've made a mistake reassembling the central not as code 136 can mean a faulty motor rotor speed sensor seized bearings motor windings or a motor control module check that the ball spins with little effort in case you've misassembled something or overtighten something I'm not sure if you can I've just refer to the Internet and fault code 136 means that the motor has stalled but it can mean that it's jammed maybe you left something inside or something like that or maybe it's a coincidence and desert and now I'm motor fault I'm not so sure it's best you get a technician out as it does mean that the motor is taking too much amps and triggering the code for safety
i get power but no water & then no drainage. After about 30 seconds maybe 2 minute machine beeps with error code ? can you please help me thankyou so much as i love my machine

Replaced shocks, bands, bearings and now it says fault code 136, which is a motor issue. Any thoughts?

Any chance you know how to clean the filter on the Aquasmart WM without doing a bowl clean>? I get awful lot of dirt on nearly all washes....

Add half a bucket of water to the wash, then it thinks that there's more clothes, and adds enuf water to wash them properly.
