All the banks should exclude interviews...I don't know how they judge a candidate...I don't think there should be any interview for Ibps po and Sbi po exams... Instead they can introduce an additional qualifying paper in which they can ask banking awareness in depth...Agree or not..?
No interview is needed. Bank m jaake sirf pen paper nhi chalana hai apko practically deal krne ha logo k sath so interview is required to test their interpersonal skills
@@___madhu___ mam maine kayi students ke reviews sune ...kuch se technical questions kiye jaate hain aur kuch se sirf personal questions like hobbies why choose banking etc.....aur agr technical questions hi puchne hain toh woh qualifying paper ke through bhi ho skta hai why interview...marks dene me itna jada partiality hota hai baccho ke sath ki jb tum reviews dekhoge TB smjh aayegi tumhe ....ek bacche ne kaha usse sirf basics banking puchi gayi aur use 80+ mil gye wahin dusri taraf ek ko in depth banking se questions kiye gye sath hi sath wo science ki thi iske bawajood usse commerce se questions kiye gye fir bhi uska interview kaafi sahi gya but marks 65+ only .... It is unfair 😑😑

bht jyada clarity hai banddi main, usne straight frwrd bol diya 9,10 exam to start krte vkt hi fail ho gayi hoo, varna baki log bolte hai 1year main kr diya 2year main crack kr diya, fail ka ka koyi bolta hi nhi 🙂
