try having portion measure foods. consult a good dietician and dont rely on youtube(u can end up having much more problems). So sir , its better tht u consult a good dietician and have a regular bp ,blood sugar etc. checked up,and then follow the good diet . u should also know the daily protein carbs and fats reqd,and follow a good balanced diet . try doing some strength gaining exercises (pushups,squats in perfect posture )along with cardios and walking . this should help u i guess.. (dont aim to have to much muscle like bodybuilders,ur body may not thank u at such an age)
