In reality, they're bith as bad as each other, but she believes she's superior because she's skinny rather than fat. The creator of this video is clearly still severely mentally unwell.
Congrats on getting healthy, or at least deciding that’s what you want instead of going on. I’m in recovery for substance abuse. I don’t find it easy to watch other addicts talk, but it helps me to watch things outside my realm(people with ED or hoarders). To me we are all addicts, just different things happened to light up our brain more than it does the average joe. It was enlightening to me to look at addictions not closely related to mine- for me it helped me be more objective and less defensive
You have nightmares about being Alex and your therapist told you to create a reaction channel about Alex and devote more attention to her? Bizarre…you need to focus on yourself and unplug from Alex if she affects your mentality so much
I'll think about that, honestly when CBT failed I didn't know where else to go, at the moment I'm just throwing anything at the wall to see if it will help

@@NotThinEnough have you consider EMDR many people found that helpful after talk therapy was in effective. Wish you well.
