  • This is one version about Arthur Jones High Intensity Training method.
    Upper body under 5 minutes.
    1. Pull down without arms help.
    2. Biceps curl with Nautilus machine.
    3. Negative chins with Nautilus Multi Machine.
    4. Triceps extensions with HC PRO Machine.
    5. Sitting Bench Press with HC PRO Machine.
    All without any pauses between sets.
    All without any supportive apparel .
    Rest between full body workouts from 2 to 14 days depending of Intensity, Used weights, Age.
