Cookies Anti Gagal

Bismillahirrahmanirrahiim
Di video kali ini, Yangty bikin kukis super simple, anti gagal, dan dengan bahan sederhana. Cocok disajikan untuk tamu, atau temen belajar anak-anak. Kawan Yangty bebas berkreasi dengan isian kukisnya. Boleh pakai kacang-kacangan, buah kering, atau coklat chips
Bahan:
+/- 18 cookies ukuran besar
180 gr Terigu Serbaguna
1/4 sdt Baking Powder
1/2 sdt Baking Soda
1/2 sdt Garam
1 butir Telur
140 gr Gula Halus (gula pasir diblender)
115 gr Margarin
150 gr Coklat Batang, potong dadu kecil (boleh pakai kacang-kacangan/ buah kering/ variasi coklat apa aja sesuai selera)

140 gr Icing Sugar
115 gr Margarine
150 gr Chocolate Compound, small diced (mix any kind of chocolate, dried fruits or nuts you like)
