I have a question. How freakin awesome is BIA? This was legit as it gets. Drum, noise, hats, bass, bleeps, bloops, blips, slaps, splats, toms, tones and what's even happening? This is everything.
I enjoy your videos Mister...You have SO much energy and it looks as though you're having a BLAST playing your modular + dancing/moving to the beat of that "thump-thump-thump"! The BIA is one of those modules that is just absolutely FuLL of potential.💡🐾🎛💥
Im building a small case and got Pam's and bia in it :-) loads of fun to play with them! Starting a new jam right after watching this :D love your vids
Is there a way you can help me understand how you have connected maths to have control over the amount of modulation? Sorry I know this response is probably going to be slightly involved. Would love to know.
By the looks he's using channel 3 on maths as a gain control. This is patched into Pams input. The modulation level controlling the BIA in Pams is assigned to this control.
Another Small Repetitive Foundation. Sublime name for what it does. Additive synth still mystifies me somewhat, having programmed my ear on analog subtractive. Good share, thanks as always. Also word up for Pams???
Sometimes i just play this video on 1.1x for my dj set and the crowd goes nuts
The BIA is such a wonderfully varied voice. I just can't get over how many different sounds you can get out of it
I agree

💯
So much moduation!
Seeing this and the Erica vid you did moved this to the top of my buy list. Amazing piece of kit.
Can you please point me toward the ERICA video please. Thx
@@votekmendo6485 Pretty sure it was this one:

BIA has been on my wishlist for a while. Really loving this.
Have you bought it yet?
Was on the fence, but now I absolutely need this for bass lines...would be super fun for making juicy drum samples too

What a lovely instrument. Nice work.
The BIA is just ace! Love this thing. Nice job jamming the hell out of it. And by the way cool second channel! Just found it.
NE had some serious tech on his shit, out the gate. Glad they're still putting out the good stuff.
Just ordered
18:40 - SO from other room: Are you playing a video game?! Me: 😂
Well done as always

Literally the same here, building my first modular and mede the right decisions. These two are way to much fun
I need one. I love everything out of this. Bonkers good ;-)
Wait a minute! I'm stunned, so excuse me if this is a silly question: that sine (or triangle?) wave tune that suddenly appears at 17:45 is BIA?😲
It's all gonna be Bia here yeah
Cool… Not one boring second…
Sh!t I’m four years late. Bad Wabbit. Sweating confirmed. This goes hard.

Channels 2 and 3 of maths act as attenuverters
So is the level in the Pam’s channels set to CV1 to accomplish this??
Maths out 3 -> PAM cv2 in
I guess cv2 in is set to the "LEVEL" of all outs that goes into BIA
It's a pretty solid little bass voice too
Legit!!
…… bought one. Arrived today. Super excited. I’m like, ‘how can I fuck this shit up now?!’ 😜
Awesome stuff. Any insight on how Pam's is helping drive the modulation?
Man that was a great jam... thanks! How are you using the math knob to control Pam CV? Isn't Pam just for clock/gates? Sorry, I'm a newb.

Was also wondering to which parameters is that cv input assigned ? Is it a global parameter or for ex the level on each channel ?
What the frick, a second channel?!
What do you have going into Maths?
When you first patched your BIA, were you blinded by it's majesty?

I think I like akemies taiko a little more. Just wish it was less hp
best thing I've hard today
BIA sounds a lot like MachineDrum, only MachineDrum has 16 voices.
