As someone who always tries to play Bardock in games the moment I saw shockwave of rebellion I was honestly happy and shocked, he enters sparking immediately meanwhile other characters need to go through a full animation and it's a combo break SIGN ME UP, also the fact that the ground doesn't lower damage and allows supers to connect is just so good for final revenger since it makes it so easy to combo into other things, my one complaint about this character is that the B super is not the og final spirit canon for I am a Z Bardock stan
literally had to search up why he was so broken and got my answer right here i fricken appreciate you to the max have a good life we wont be here forever
def possible, bardock is good imo but has 3 healthbars so you will be at a disadvantage vs 4 healthbar characters + dp scaling but his dmg is still pretty good
the fact you were able to get it twice in a 1 on 1 while losing most of the exchanges is the problem, it should cost 5 blast stocks and his stock charge rate needs reduced
