Wow….that stuff sure looks tasty and the glassware was really gorgeous. Everything about this video looked so beautiful, peaceful and aromatic ….I almost fell asleep in your garden.
Interesting! That's the first time I have seen mochi Camellia being made. A lot easier than I expected. At 3:24, I see you prefer to roast the leaves for tea. Is the flavor different than steaming it? Nice tattoos at 2:47!
Thank you, George! It was a new recipe but they came out so good! I opted for toasting petals but I don't know if the flavour changes (maybe just a bit). And about the tattoos, thank you, they are about my passion for piano! :)
@@Elisafrancinesplaceblog Wow, you really know your flowers! By coincidence, even Liziqi was cooking with flowers in her latest video: ua-cam.com/video/iOvJ9Tg_rp4/v-deo.html
Very stylish video presentation. Please can you add the recipe components, e.g. icing sugar? cornflour? It's hard to work out what you are making. Thanks.
@@Elisafrancinesplaceblogthank you for replying! I’m actually making the jelly tonight. I’m using a basic floral jelly recipe. 4 cups petals, 4 cups water, sugar, pectin and lemon juice. I’ll report back.

@@Elisafrancinesplaceblog I just read that the leaves (not flowers) of the Camellia plant are used for tea. The flowers must taste interesting!
Yes, exactly! But the Camellia most used for tea is the Camellia Sinensis 🤗
