i think your technique over all the others is that you really take time to massage the neck and really loosen it up prior to adjusting. This I imagine is the safest way to do an adjustment without serious injury as we have all heard what can happen. All Chiropractors should really loosen the neck like this....this is the standard here.
I feel like I've gotten an amazing education on this channel. Until I watched the videos on here, I never would have guessed all of the different areas that can be worked on and just never really thought about how interconnected everything truly is. A free education and the best teacher possible. No reason to complain whatsoever. 👍👍

This is like ASMR before it was mass produced. I love the mass production BUT, you cannot replace the relaxation that is watching a true professional do their job while also accidentally giving you an ASMR experience.

My brother was one of those that had a horror story. It's the jackasses who want to get you out in and out in 10 minutes that often injure people. They want to quickly force something into place, and that's when they injure you.

I've done cupping. People thought someone hurt me. It was amazing, but you have to have the right person, who is educated about the process and the aftermath. Good job, the foot is a minor detail on what you wanted people to understand. Opening the hip bones is a cheerleader thing. I wish women would just love their bodies. Appreciate how we've come a long way to understand more about it.

My chiropractor harps on "text neck" because almost everyone is having that same problem with their neck. When you look down, the weight of your head puts more strain on your neck. The further down you look, the more your head weighs on the neck. Try to hold your phone up so you're not straining you neck. You'll start to be humpbacked and knock your whole spine off if you keep doing it.

@@davidtomkins4242, that's what I am saying though. He only adjusted my neck and tailbone, not the vertebrae in-between at all. I didn't expect him to do everything Dr. Mondragon does but, I did expect adjustments to my entire spine, at least.

My neck is always tight. Went to a chiropractor who basically said ‘you should drink water’ (which sure. If i hadn’t been drinking my liter water bottle multiple times a day. (Its summer so sometimes a little more than 2 liters)
The problem i had with it more is that he’s fixated on that one issue, when my hip and ankle are also messed up. Maybe i’m just thinking it should be everywhere worked on due these videos and that’s not actually normally how it is though
Chiropractors believe everything is related to the neck/spine. Go to a sports physio instead
After watching this channel I got a foam roller. Only use a little here and there. Made such a difference. 👍

Where u first started rubbing on her neck on the right side kind of under the skull, is that an area that can make you dizzy if it’s tight or needed adjusted? I think that may be what is making me dizzy.
