Super happpy !!! Glad you like it
Many people will think you've substituted tapioca perls with sabudana.
But it's the fact that tapioca perl (boba) is actually sabudana mixed with cocoa powder but bigger in size 😂😂😂😂
So this Boba Tea is actually Sabudana Tea
Correct !!
How to make bigger bubbles like exactly boba bec sabudana is small in size
Well I tried this recipe two days before nd it tastes same as chocolate shake because the caramelized brown sugar gives the taste of chocolate in tea/coffee... Nd trust me cold coffee tastes heavenly with this recipe ... Also made black tea as well for my mom cuz she's vegan but she didn't like its taste....
Also the sabudana pearls definitely get very chewy nd hard but when you chew them alot then the taste of sabudana becomes very prominent which I didn't liked at all... So I think in this case we must try once with original tapioca flour or just buy it from boba cafes....
I saw this recipe bout 4 months ago, and I thought it’s gonna take so much time, although it took some time and efforts, but the taste is phenomenal!!! Loveddddd it. And 100% gonna make it again and again ! Thank you for this recipe 🥹💕

Hi Neha! So I loved the sabudana pearls recipe (it's in soak time right now😊) so here us what I will use for the drink:
1 teaspoon of coffee powder
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Add ice
Then add cold milk
Decorate the final glass with caramel or chocolate syrup
Add pearls
Done 👍 😊

Yes I Like it 👌New bubbles Tea now trying in kitchen
Hope you enjoy making this one !!!
Tapioca pearls are often marketed as "sago", since they are much cheaper to produce. Sago is costlier than tapioca but in taste they're similar and often used in dishes interchangeably.
So basically the sabudana we're eating in India is not Sago, it's tapioca pearls only.
Compared to tapioca pearls, real sago pearls are off-white, uneven in size, brittle and cook very quickly.
Nicely explained for beginners , thanks, I will try this receipe
It is a super super respie and I love it
I had this in USA made in Tim Boba it was a fig and cashew flavoured one.

Bahut maza aaya
I have idea 💡
1-make a chocolate milk shake.
2-then take choco balls.
I think 🤔 the balls is 10 rupees paid so is very to make a bubble tea.
3-mix all
Now your bubble tea is ready ❤️❤️.
Will really try this one nice video ☺️
Can we use coffee also , if we don't want tea leaf??
😍😍😍😍😍😍super innovative
You’re going to loveee this one
amazing recipe dear 💕💕💕
Thank you.. Glad you like it
Beautiful Babul tea❤❤
Tapioca is called Sabudana in India...😐
😂
We know 😂😂😂
Bubble tea is made from topioca starch a powder element mixed with brown sugar to make boba bubble...is sabudana is also same??
@@rishirajomivaidya5648 sabudana is called tapioca pearls in English, so basically it is also made with tapioca starch but the brown sugar is missing that is why she cooked it with brown sugar and jaggery to get the authentic taste.
But i thought sabudana is sago
First tell me for what time period we can store syruped sabudana and syrup
amazing 😄🤩😘🥰😋🤤🤩😻😍
Yes, this is honessttttt review about it. Looking at the comments , I made this with full trust but this turned out terrible. The texture of sago was reallyyy bad that I felt like throwing up. Coming to the taste, it wasn't really good and I didn't like it. I would recommend buying it online , it would be better.
So food , textures can be subjective. Also changes are you either OVER COOKED OR UNDER COOKED THE SAGO ! Lots of people tried and it turns out just fine for all. So it either doesn’t suit your palate or you goofed it up
Can we grind sabudana to use the flour out of it with some fruit for flavour!? 👀
Thank You for Sharing 😊
