The difference is that you bring the whipping cream to a boil and melt the chocolate in it for that one. Really looking forward to see the difference in texture with the milk added here.

Lovely to know you’re from Chennai…my daughter studied in Chennai😊 And Pls call me Dhan😊 Sure you can…but it’s difficult to get the corners well done and smooth…so I would suggest if you can set the cream in the mould and pour the ganache after demoulding.
