Your top layer won't collapse. 2) Melting chocolate with hot cream instead of using a double boiler means you will not burn your chocolate or have it seize up with water droplets. 3) Sift, sift, sift. It aerates your cake to make it lighter. 4) Using oil instead of butter means you can keep your cake in the fridge and it won't be hard when cutting. I agree it looks delicious what I would do differently I would remove the inside part, creamy part of the Oreo cookie and crumble the cookie itself alone to add it some thing about that cream that I don’t like at all I will give it a try and I
