Just love his mindset: simple, concise and direct to the heart.
Like Shifu Yan Lei said: "your desire is not enough to conquer your excuse"
"Excuse" doesn't mean is not real, "excuse" means you have to overcome it any way.

I have just discovered Shi Yan Ming today. What an amazing energy. Read about Chang philosophy and how he came to stay in America. I sense his power and sincere heart. And his message about discipline. I do agree that it is very important if you want to get into a routine that is consistent. Simple as that: “No discipline, no progress.” Discipline will help you to focus more and get better at your daily activities as you progress. I think most of us have a tendency to be distracted from our path and we have to be mindful of that as we go forward. We have to learn to be there for ourselves and others. Thank you for updating me/us. I have a few life challenges, but from now on its no more excuses😅 because excuses is waste of time and energy🙏

I've met Shi Yan Ming. He's a very friendly and approachable man. And yes, he's a real monk who grew up in a temple.
His Kung Fu is the best I have ever tried.
Talk less, work harder = Think more clearly

Bringing young people up to be a victim is such a terrible example of abuse it’s disgusting. Purposely making people feel helpless is a terrible, terrible thing.

Huge difference to Shi Heng Yi . Shi Heng Yi speaks much better with much bigger charisma and gentle sophistication. Shi Heng Yi is exceptional, compared to others it is even more obvious. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Shi Heng Yi one of a kind.
Probably not even from this planet.

Comparing one human to another is stupid, since every human expresses differently. Anyways, the message is far more important than the tone/emotional fuel or words being used to deliver them. They are both great humans, much greater than the weak ones who spend time comparing or idolizing them.

Live is a mirror, it depends on what kind of message you need. I love both of them, and personally the way of expressing myself is more like Shi Heng Yi, but sometimes you need to get out of fancy and gentle and go straight and concise.
Don't give me wrong, I think Shi Heng Yi is an exceptional speaker, he expresses himself with calm and power, but sometimes you need some aggressiveness to bust yourself.
