Literally got asked that question a week ago at a job interview at a MNC. Quite possibly the dumbest statement ive seen thus far on youtube. But what's worse is the confidence with which you delivered it.

So if you actually did get that question I'd personally guess you either had an old recruiter holding on to old outdated methods, or that you or the company is american and just slower to adapt to modern day methods in general. My biggest point is that people should just talk to recruiters themselves and get way better tips than these egirls would be able to

In regards to the men in LA part I think it speaks volumes on the type of men that you are choosing. If women start to say stuff like men aren’t loyal all men are cheaters and stuff like that that just tells me their selection of the type of men is horrible. And she did get 50% pretty much of what they BOTH made during the marriage.
