You should see the last pictures that Bob Marley took before he passed away in 1981. They are very sad to see.

I saw his last pictures while he was still alive and he looked different without his dread locks and his face looked pale too. That cancer really did a lot of damage to him. You had Carlton Barrett and his brother Aston (Family Man) Barrett on bass and drums, Earl Wya Lindo on piano, keyboards, organ, and the synthesizer, Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer as guitar players and percussionists, and even Junior Marvin and Al Anderson playing the guitars.
Bob should of got rid of the I threes to concentrate on technicality, no point holding on to old out dated skills, Things like horns and harmonizing backing vocals ,. That's going to be so old sounding yet the wailers would of needed to transform into a palletible modern product to be able to impress to continue into the future
