This truly is the Mega Man soundtrack for a game that isn't Mega Man. This song is a work of art. I mean that literally. This is an 8bit song, that could easily have slid into the top songs for a SNES list, and nobody would bat an eye. Whoever composed this one? They need more credit. This one is a masterpiece.
I played through this a couple years ago on Twitch. Beat it on stream and honestly, this seriously is a criminally underrated soundtrack for an equally underrated game. Plus I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this would be right at home in a Mega Man game.
Really?? I didn't see that one coming. It is a very obscure game. Only reason I knew about it was thanks to Gamepro TV back in the day, and then I got a copy new for $10 back in the day. Totally worth every dollar. Still have my childhood copy and no one will ever take it from me, they have to kill me but even then I would come back as a ghost to make sure it stays where it belongs WITH ME.

A lot of the Sunsoft games had an amazing soundtrack. Too bad more people don't know about this game, it's actually pretty decent--but the soundtrack is pretty incredible, especially considering it's an 8-bit game. See the two Batman games that Sunsoft did as well for more amazing music.

DPCM BASS TIME MOTHERF*CKERS!
Tim Follin's NES stuff was equally mind-boggling. Check out a couple tracks from NES Silver Surfer.
His SNES stuff was ridiculous too.
Most people used DPCM to throw in really crappy voice samples. Sunsoft was like "Oooh, we have another instrument slot!"
