How to pull out codes from mazda 626 1994 V6 (OBD1 Diagnoses)

Thank you for this video. I've had problems with my ABS system on my 94 Mazda MX-6, and none of the mechanics have been able to determine the problem; they have all said that because of the age of the car, their computers will cannot connect to the car's computer. After setting up the jumper wire per your instructions, I at least know what's wrong. Thanks again.

Try resetting your computer and check again sometimes codes are saved on your computer module so even you fixed the problem it still shows that codes, unplug negative cable of your battery and press your brake paddle for 30 seconds(It will factory reset anything on your car powered by battery, Radio etc)

just put the jumper in place, turn on key but dont start engine... the check engine light on dash will flash the codes

Not if your car dosnt have the a check engine light, for the MX6 for example only UK and i think US cars had check engine lights. Japanese, europeans etc dont have it.

OK. What is the reason for shorting TEN and GND? If I want to read AT code i have to short FAT and GND? and for ABS system code, FBS and GND should be shorted?
