Just ordered the Tourbox Neo. Wanted the Elite but I don't think I need the bluetooth capability...nice to have but the price difference is just too much for me. Still waiting for mine, hope I made the right decision for not picking the Elite ^^"
Agreed! I think the Elite is not worth the price increase just to not have a wire attached (also, you'll be changing batteries a lot). So I think you're good. I'm still using mine every day and love it, hope you enjoy yours as well! :D
@@jessejayjones especially after I found out that the buttons and dials on both versions are not exactly the same...But I'm not sure if the improvement is that much of a difference
You can also use a video game controller and do the same thing, if you have one already! Would save some money and does the same thing. Just use something like Joy2Key and map your controller to different hotkeys in your art program. :)
@@jessejayjones Cool, this doesn't seem that bad of a price (around $300 Cad for me) to some of the alternatives I was looking at. There's a system from the UK. Used to be called Pallet now Modular Creative Console. Where you build your own system with modular components (sliders, knowbs, buttons....) however the starter units are between $180 -$225 plus shipping. And they start with less controllers than this.
@@markgnarz5399 That sounds cool! I like the idea of customizing the controller for your needs. Yeah, it's also pretty easy to map a video game controller like a Joy Con to use with your apps, I see a lot of people do that since most will already have a game controller. But I really like all the controls and the drivers the Tourbox comes with!
this guy is so passionate about art and everything to do with it!!
Great review!
Dude you deserve way more views than this your videos are awesome
video games are art, but is art a video game?

I wonder that apply for Gamers?
I want a pressure sensitive mouse for simple drawing/design and texturing/sculpt in blender.. why no one made that
How does this compare to tablet side buttons
Those work good too! For me, they don't give me as many options as I would like though
