Am somehow filled with so many emotions, especially anger and love, but weirdly enough, the anger I only show it towards myself and my love and affection towards others, but with lo-fi's and the lo-fi community I've managed to get a more stable flow of emotions, I've stopped punching myself and I'm proud of it. I still have a lot of emotions to free, but I'm getting there, even with the quarantine not helping I feel like I'm making progress
