Me and my friend recently started doing a social media break where we delete things like instagram and other social media platforms from our phones and so lately ive had more extra time t just sit and relax to this music, workout, eat healthier, and clean up and purify my space! my mind feels so clear and my body feels great! just wanted to recommend taking a break from social media to anyone who wants to! It's AMAZING and you won't regret it!
Ive actually spent 3 weeks without my phone and ipad before. It was boring but I decided to fill my time by reading some books. Yeah the feeling is amazing and u won’t regret it but you’ll end up with 100 missed messages from your best friend 😅💅🏻
