I have bicornute uterus and 54yr old, I menopause 10 months ago. I recently had experience periods like bleeding and my gynecologist run physical exam, Pap test, HPV and transveginal ultrasound, everything came normal except thickness of endometrial lining is 8mm & 7mm and splits into two because of uterus shape, my doctor told me that she can’t do biopsy since lining is splitting into two. My question is what other options I have to determine that it’s not endometriosis?
Thanks
