RQ 0.7 is fat burning, not carbs. RQ 1.0 is carb burning. Studies show that 6 month low carb Med diet reduces individual RQ. Low fat diet does not reduce individual RQ over 6 months. Lowered RQ correlates with improved glycemic and blood lipid parameters.
@@nevisstkitts8264 You are absolutely right about RQ, i mixed them up.

Glynac does a good job of lowering RQ nonetheless, you don't need a low carb or low fat diet to do it. I'd argue anything that helps lower oxidative stress will make it easier to burn fat and while i agree fat burning is the cleaner fuel, a lot of people can't do it properly. You need good gut health and bile secretion. Bile is especially a big problem since we don't have enough choline or don't make enough choline because some people have an impairment in MTHFR.
More carbohydrates as you get older as carbohydrates and muscle sparing and stop you from losing muscle this dude looks skinny as and quite young eating protein doesn’t magically give you muscles you got a lift weights in the gym. You only grow 1 g of muscle protein per day if you’re lifting weights this guy is absolutely clueless old people need to eat carbohydrates otherwise they won’t have the strength to do their daily activities. All the top strong men in the world would be weak as fuck if they didn’t eat carbohydrates, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
All you do is drink sugar, and bike through Australia…and you’re still flabby, with zero muscle.
You should probably hold off on criticizing other people’s diets…just sayin’.
Carbs for chipmonks.
Sarcopenia FTW!!💪💪💪

Bro, you ride a bike around Australia, and you’re flabby AF.
Please stop promoting sugar for health.
