I have two questions, 1) what was your journey date to Umlinga pass 2) whether police or army stopped you anywhere and not allowed to ride or asked you to return. I have seen two video which says there is a check post towards photila pass and the army people allow people to go ahead on selective basis. please share your experience as i am travelling in May 2023 and I want to complete this pass

In my case, noone stopped me anywhere, army or police may stop you in case road ahead is not clear or in case of landslides
