My shoulder has been dislocated around 4 or 5 times within a month. After doing MRI I've been told that it was a Labral Tear and Hill Sachs Lesion. Surgery already been done last week, now im in a recovery and physio phase. Wish me well
Jesus im on my 2nd dislocation seeing a specialist in 2 weeks to view any potential further treatment... cant imagine 4 times in a month it hurts like a bitch
I’ve dislocated my shoulder over 15-20 times over the span of 3 years. I’m looking forward to my operation next Wednesday. Hope everyone can wish the best for me and I’ll let u know how it goes
your shoulder is gone bro you should stop playing basketball i play basketball too but i had to stop due to my right shoulder dislocated 3 times while playing
Any activity that involves lifting hands over height of your shoulder its better using your left hand, at least thats what i have been told by doctor. Anytime i have any sort of pain on my shoulder due to home workout I give my arm complete rest, until the pain in that arm is gone. Last shoulder dislocation i ve had is around 8 years ago. Also while sleeping , i try not to sleep on my dislocated shoulder. Hope this helps, even though its a late late post
Dislocated mine last nigjt at hockey and had to put it in myself on the bench. Absolutely terrible feeling. Wishing everybody a speedy recovery here i know how y'all feeling 🙏
Lol I’m able to dislocate my shoulder at will so i am terrified that I will do it in my sleep. It hurts when it moves against the labrum pulling on the ligaments causing pain.
Mine have popped in and out so much I cant lay on my stomach with my hands under my chin or else they just sink right on out. I've done PT and shit and it doesnt help at this point. My therapist ended up telling my I'll need surgery when in older so that's fun
So here is my story as the guy above me said i put my hands behind my back fell asleep and just by resting i got woken up at 3 am with intense pain, ended up just shoving my arm back in place and went back to sleep doctors told me there is nothing wrong even tho i cam dislocate both my arms at will.
Thank you for posting this video! Our son has a shoulder that tends to dislocate easily so we were very curious about what is happening and how to fix it. It was great to find your content gem 🙏
I dislocated my shoulder 2 years ago I was in a pool trying to do flips,i landed on my shoulder but the thing is that my shoulder popped in back alon, i didnt tell my parents about it. 2 year late (today) it was dislocated again but this time it was stuck, i cant explain the pain i was in. So yea im writing this comment with one hand with my shoulder straped My surgery is in 4 days, but the doctor said that the surgery is not 100% guaranteed , he said something about the movment of the shoulder so ya wish me luck and ill update u when the surgery is done
Wow this video is Amazing. I had shoulder surgery about 22 years ago. My shoulder kept popping out from a basketball injury. It has been good ever since after the surgery. I thank my doctor, Dr. Bush Joseph, out of Rush Hospital in Chicago.
Over the years gone through severe pain due to shoulder dislocation by my own negligence of surgery, as shown in the video surgery has been successfully completed one week ago now in recovering stage. My sincere advice is not to neglect what doctor says, believe his words get the MRI done and get ready for the surgery I admit that it is painful but a brave act for yours and your loved ones future. Be Strong get it done 😊.
This is so helpful, i dislocatef my shoulder twice in 40 days i'm a goalkeeper and went to a specialist today.. this makes everything he told me more clear 👍
This happene Many times when i sleep.. really it pains a lot.. you don't know what to do in that situation.. so don't get panic, relax yourself and adjust by doing slight movements..
just recently dislocated my shoulder for the second time (1st was in may but it never got to heal properly because my parents and i didnt even realize it was a dislocation aka i went "mom i think i just dislocated my shoulder cuz something popped back into place" and she was like nah they dont just pop back, news flash they can lol) and this video helped a lot since I've been really nervous about the prospect of surgery. seeing what they actually do is super interesting. To all those w frequent/recurring dislocations: big props, i hope it gets better soon!
Had 20+ dislocations, multiple tears in my labrum, micro fractures in my scapula, and 50% of my glenoid was gone. I had to get a completely reconstruction. It was a latarjet op including, 6 anchors, 4 plates, 8 screws, and a bone graft for my glenoid cut from the end of my collarbone. However, I had an AWESOME surgeon and have zero issues today.
I managed to dislocte my shoulder while kickboxing, plus i broke the one of the bones holding it. It was a severe case and I had to undergo surgery. The accident happened in 06.06.2018 and it took me around 14 months to really be able to lift heavy again. The pain was the most hardcore pain ive felt in my life, and I am very familiar with breaking my bones lmao.
How is weight lifting going for you now after surgery? Can you bench press and do pull ups? I’m asking because I have a shoulder dislocation and have been avoiding surgery. I was able to bench 225lbs before and now I can barely bench press 135 pounds. I really want to be able to lift how I once did. I would appreciate a reply. Thanksn
Yov Soto I know you didn't ask me. But I'll answer anyway lol. I personally didn't have the surgery done, but i do have a grade 2 labrum tear with dislocations. Ive been exercising it continuously for the past 4-5 years and I've not had any problems with dislocations or pains/ tears. But i have been very careful with my arm not doing any crazy movements without warmups but still, i can shadow box and hit pads quite comfortably. Also exercising it is not going to stop it from dislocating again but it drops the odds of it coming out. Let me put it this way, if your injury is still very fresh you have about a 70% chance of it dislocating again in the following months. (So its important to rest). But with a committed exercise routine your odds become something like 80% chance of stability. So you'd only be at 20% risk. At least they're my odds 🙂. But of course you have to always be careful. Best of luck friend i know that horrible feeling of your shoulder giving out. EDIT: I just realised that i never answered your question fully. After strengthening the joint for a couple years i don't see why you shouldn't be able to lift heavy again. I'd recommend having someone spot you for the first couple times. Or alternatively you could look into other shoulder joint friendly exercises to work out your chest & shoulders. Look into Jeff Cavalier from Athlene X UA-cam channel. That dudes awesome. He even has a couple vids on this subject.
Everyone who's experienced this before I feel you. I searched for this video after falling off a cliff with a motorcycle today and my shoulder joint dislocated. Very very excruciating but with the help of a local expert it fell right back into the socket. Hope to heal soon.
Man, the pain is unbearable, I did it while skating literally doing the most simple thing. I couldn't handle the pain and had to go to a hospital and when I was there it popped itself back in place and now I can move my arm. Shit was so scary though
i dislocated 8 times, fist time fully dislocation. i put back in place every time, last time happen when i'm doing L sit pull up. To much stress on the shoudler dislocate 2 weeks before. i was stupid
I messed up my shoulder 20 years ago due to sudden lifting and pounding of a heavy and big hammer. Needed surgery but don't want go to rehab and don't have funds for surgery. Its still messed up, cant do certain movements to avoid it from popping out again. take care of your bones. Its not made of adamantium.
It took me five years plus to finally figure out I dislocated my arm from the shoulder joint thinking it was a rotator cuff tear... It’s completely healed on edge with some of my own physical therapy with correction tension shoulder bands and just common sense
I think I partially dislocated my shoulder last week in a drunken fall, but it didn't pop out. I had a graze on the palm of my hand so I must have landed on that, but my shoulder felt like somebody had slammed down on the top of it with a large hammer. Pretty much every muscle around my shoulder was sore, and it swelled up a lot, and the ball/cup was sore as well. I could barely move it for a day or two afterwards, but it seemed to get about 10% better every day. After 8 days now it's pretty much back to normal except for some swelling remaining, and the top of my collarbone is a bit sensitive, like somebody tapped it with a little hammer..
Dislocated mine almost 50 times, told the doctor he wont believe me! Did the surgery, the doc told me some of my bones on the head crushed to pieces and if only I've been late for another 6 months I would have metal shoulder now lol. Right now im 6 month post op can do a lot of things including sports. I can lift and sleep with my head on both of my palms. However some muscles are still weak therefore there are still Im afraid to return to, being a goalkeeper
I dislocated my left shoulder on the 25th of September 2020 (Friday night) trying to throw a punch (first it impinged, then I stupidly rotated in many ways instead of resting for a couple of hours, and as the shoulder was at its weakest, it just popped out). Popped it back myself a couple of minutes later (most require a Specialist to do that, and actually it is not good to pop it back yourself even if it hurts, as it could cause several tears that would hurt even for months, which otherwise would not), and tried rotating that shoulder back and forth, not knowing that it was a dislocation, which caused it to dislocate again (yes, twice within just less than 1 hour). got an MRI which showed that there had been a couple of tears on the rotator cuff (I guess), and did my best to believe that it was not a dislocation, and continued my fast bowling (Cricket-right arm) as usual after a couple of weeks on the Sling and a few more strengthening exercises. since then, I have had 5 dislocations in total within a span of just 3 months, the latest one being on the 22nd of December 2020, while bowling. again, spent 1 good week with the Sling, providing it with the best rest that I could, started strengthening exercises (all baby steps) using Resistance bands mainly, starting from the 3rd week, and almost by the mid/end of this January, I started playing again, light bowling (had to change to Spin though), and light batting (left-handed). in terms of batting, I only found the Upper Cut a bit difficult or hurting to play (I mean who even plays that now, except R Sharma). in regard to sleeping, I have been sleeping all my life turning downwards, so the risks to me of dislocating while sleeping are almost none. most importantly, have also been able to carry out my favourite workout (CHINUPS, not Pullups) as earlier, although not at the same pace, still, I manage, meaning earlier I used to do like 25 to 30 reps/day, but as of now, only around 15 at most. adding to it, as of now, I probably am bowling at my full strength (SPIN requires ideally no effort, except for turning and hence, almost no impact on my non-bowling hand-left). so, despite not having surgery, the workouts that I am now able to do as usual (although, not at the same pace or reps), include Chinups, Pushups, a little bit of Punching. for instance, the one thing that I loved doing the most was fast bowling, and now I had to give it up and replace it with Spin (as per Cricket bowling, the only bowler I found out to be successfully bowling following a dislocation on his non-bowling arm, and then several surgeries is only Andrew Tye). there are literally thousands if not hundreds of thousands around the world with missing body part(s), and a dislocation would be ideally nothing (clearly not the end of the world even if you are an athlete) if you could adjust your movements accordingly, and if you do not, it could also make your life a bitch (my dad's had around 25 dislocations since his 1st when serving at the Army nearly 4 decades ago, as he had not put in much effort into rehab). finally, the only treatment that I got was using a mixture of many Ayurvedic raw materials that was recommended by a local Ayurvedic practitioner, who prescribed them mentioning that they would end the nightmare for good, and the reason why it recurs was that during a dislocation, apparently, whatever those ligaments or liquid-like cartilage things tend to release or fall out of the socket, and once that happens, it will continuously happen (sometimes even after Surgery) following each wrong movement. so, did that treatment for a couple of weeks, and it may also be a major reason that I have not had another dislocation (wouldn't even want to imagine, its that depressing) so far, although, I couldn't really compare the levels of cartilage on my shoulders through a proper scan (ideally an MRI). the takeaways: providing good rest (although I believe I did not provide enough), proper strengthening and rehab (it's hard nowadays if not impossible though, given this COVID), good nutrition (obviously), particularly good carbs (I ate like a shit ton of Manioc, and my Cancer cells are also now probably gone for good, lol), most importantly not doing anything that you think could lead to a dislocation, like over-stretching, especially throwing, and etc. following a dislocation (with or without Surgery), the main thing that you have to put into your head is that that particular shoulder is never going to be the same, and so are your movements.
I dislocated my left shoulder, doing archer pullups. Crazy amount of pain. I have to say, I'm 4 weeks further and can do some rotator cuff exercises again.. lift my arm above my head aswell to the side. At the beginning, I thought I would be out at least 4 5 months before starting anything again. Crazy. It seems if you work your cuffs on a regular base ( as what I did for like 5-6 years ) it definitely helps to get better sooner.
I dislocated my shoulder at age 4 when I fell down the stairs and broke my two front teeth but no one realized my shoulder until my shoulder finished healing like one of my shoulder is up and the other is down, now I need to have surgery at age 18.
Had 4 dislocations in the space of a year then had surgery on april 2019 over a year later and my shoulder feels great back to boxing and playiny football with no worries if you suffer with this i defo reccomend surgery its a long recovery time but well worth it in the end 👍
That great news bro... Dislocated my left shoulder 2 years to date.. This last year its popped out 6 times... Going for surgery in September.. I hope all goes well.
@@muaythaiwarrior8604 wish u the best of luck mate hope all goes well for u take the rehab seriously and within 6-9 months it will be better then ever before 👍
You are very lucky! I was up there in boxing very promising career. Had two operations had opponents target my shoulder with the jab. Also throwing a hook or missing a punch would always cause pain almost like a dead arm. Just couldn’t carry on. Stay safe
Me and my friend were drunk and wrestling he flipped me over and I landed funny and couldn't move my arm for 5 days, after 9 days I got full range of motion back, went to the doctors they think it's a very small tear in my shoulder do you think It'll fully heal and will i be able to do pushups? I love doing pushups and dont like being weak, so this is bugging me I get minor pain, and have a healthy diet so I should be able to heal and hopefully I won't have big problems in the future
Fell off my skateboard and landed shoulder first and dislocated it but after a few seconds put it back in. it didn’t hurt at the time, probably because of adrenaline, it was a weird feeling of not being in control of a body part
Freshman year hs football I dislocated my shoulder stiff arming a kid and and 2 seconds later I popped it right back into place, this was about 4 years ago and and my shoulder is still not 100% to this day and I wanna get back to playing football in college but it can easily get injured again and I really don’t wanna undergo surgery so I’m praying that physical therapy is the answer
Man as someone who gave his soul to that game if i could tell you one thing I promise you it is not worth your shoulder. College athlete 2 years ago, these days I am fighting a mental, emotional, and physical battle with shoulder pain everyday. Name every single thing you like to do, instrument, driving, typing, weightlifting, EVERYTHING... and then ask yourself if a couple years of football are worth losing everything else. Trust I understand the love of a game, and you will do as you please, but I wouldn’t wish a life as limited as mine (at 25 years old..) on my worst enemy. Godspeed to all, keep fighting.
2 months ago dislocated my shoulder for the third time when doing pullups. Last night woke up and found my hand somehow stuck behind my back and the instant i moved it popped off. Luckily at this point i know how to stay calm and in 15mins the cramp eased off and i got it back on place. But god damn this is a bitch of an injury, haven't been able to train properly for 2 years. Gotta start doing daily excercises so i can hopefully one day train as hard as i can. Stay strong my brothers (with faults) in arms
I dislocated my right shoulder around 15 weeks ago due to goalkeeping. I put it back in place about 10 seconds after it occurred. I attempted to pull my right elbow to the left side so the shoulder could go inside but it wouldn't budge so on the 3rd attempt I did it a bit harder and it went back in with it. I am training it with small weights then gradually going a bit higher. My shoulder makes a lot of cracking noises and cracks inside it whenever I rotate it. The way I knew how to put my shoulder back in was with just me panicking and trusting my instincts. Does the cracking ever go away?

I dislocated my shoulder earlier this year, I've got the same clicking noise and I'm not even sure what it is. I've been trying to do push-ups but my arm goes numb from the clicking. I'm pretty sure it is fine however I'd say go to a physio
Psirex I had the same problem as you after dislocating it in July, except I didn’t go see a doctor and ended up dislocating it this morning. Now I can’t even move it or it feels like it will easily happen again, the bone feels grinded down
You've put it back on your own without any medical experience and didn't visit a doctor? I mean it's crazy to even think about that, you should rush to a hospital immediately. I dislocated mine almost a month ago due to a motorcycle accident, was sent to the ER were they slowly put it back and told me to not move it an inch for a whole month in order for it to heal right. And after that I'm going to need physiotherapy and exercise. It's not something simple you shouldn't just "trust your instincts" on that one
Dislocated my shoulder 5 times over 2 years. Initially I was told that shoulder exercise would suffice to avoid it from happening. At this stage I’ve got a bankart lesion and require surgery 😢
Just got surgery about a month ago. Been going to physical therapy but no where near how my shoulder used to be mobility wise. They say it should take 4-6 weeks to gain all that mobility back but there is no way, should be another 3 months until I return back to normal
Thank you for this video, it was helpful. I dislocated my right shoulder on 20th August this year. It was put back in place the same day by a doctor. I have been given daily exercises using a band which I am doing three times daily. I am now pain free and will only feel low pain if I over stretch. I am due to visit the physio again at the end of this month. I know that each case is different from person to person, but typically, after a dislocation, do you know how long it normally takes for somebody to start boxing training again? This would involve bag and pad work only. Any advice would be appreciated
I dislocated my shoulder i March, 2017. Spent 4 months doing nothing and then a year in the gym. After one year I could box again. Could probably have done it earlier. But after 2.5 years it happened again last saturday. Threw piece of paper in the trash (Rotational movement) quite fast and hard, boom! Dislocated again even after 2.5 years of recovery. I have decided to commit suicide as I can't live with a defect shoulder. Hope you heal 100% buddy

Had to give up football and judo, ive done 2 surgerys but still😔. You cant just end your life for that you gotta find shit to do and if you at the end cant heal your shoulder dont do activities that involve your shoulders being tired or hurt. Good luck man
Pillow Case it’s always caused from the dumbest of things. I’m stupid and didn’t get it checked out after the first dislocation from a fall back in June, but went back into place. In July it happened while in a pool, now it happened again this morning. I’ll most likely need surgery fml
I just dislocated my shoulder, it was painfull and I had to put it back my self and endure the pain for few days in the jungle until my return home , now my only hope is to make sure to no surgery is needed . Pray for me
I deal with it when I over-use my shoulder with a large range of motion. Or sleep in a position that's known to let the Shoulder give out easily, I'm not sure what to do. It's not like it happens persistently but it's happened over 20+ times now. I'll be sleeping then my arm will come to a point and then give out, causing my shoulder to lock up and with slight ease I'm able to move back into my shoulder and it'll be painful for that first couple of seconds and I'll pass back out. When I'm conscious and it happens it's because I carelessly threw my arm up over my head by throwing a ball or lifting it the wrong way.
30 times I have dislocated my shoulder from boxing and other activities. Had key hole surgery. Was fine for a few months then again it went! Then needed open surgery. Be fine since but never had the same movement or feeling. Had to stop all sports!
I had one like that. Full range of motion and no pain unless I put weight on it. I put all my weight on my elbow and shoulder and it popped. I recommend seeing a doctor because even a minor one will stretch the muscles and ligaments.
I was at an ice skating rink when I fell and dislocated in my shoulder and was popped back in 1 second later, at first there was a bit of pain, but now it hurts whenever I move my arm a certain way
My life has been absolute hell for the last 8 years since I injured my right shoulder and sternoclavicular joint in a self inflicted manner with very idiotic habitual dislocation. Completely destroyed my quality of life and has had so many knock on effects across my whole body. I can’t get any surgeon to take me seriously so I still have no fix.
I literally just had my shoulder put back in place 2 months ago, it's been dislocated for at least 10 years. Just never went and got it checked until I couldn't deal w the pain anymore. This WK I had to put it back twice at work. I. Thinking I may need this surgery.
Don’t try to fight if you have this problem trust me mine didn’t dislocate for a fat min so I thought it was good well I got into a fight threw a punch and boom day one of recovery AGAIN. I never go to the doctor but I think I’m gonna break down and have them put pins in my arm
I dislocated my shoulder 2 months ago and I am still very limited in movements, the biggest problem is that I can not raise my arm high. Is this normal? Do i need more time for recovery, or it's something serious ? Thank you
My shoulder dislocated 5 years ago and ended my boxing career due to a street fight. First doc I seen said I needed surgery but the second doc we seen said to finish rehab because he said surgery is only need if my shoulder constantly keeps popping out. I finish rehab quicker then expected and rushed back into boxing. One day I felt my shoulder pop out but then I felt it fall back into place. Here and there when my shoulder would be in vulnerable position I would feel it slightly about to dislocate. Found out that is what u call shoulder instability. A Few years past and haven’t felt or had any shoulder instability and now started to slowly working out again. My shoulder feels stronger than ever but still gonna start off slow this time
I think my shoulder has dislocated about 10 times now, I have just been putting it back in place myself as soon as I get it back in place the pain almost goes away I really must get to a doctor as it's becoming more frequent and it's so so painful.
5 yrs ago my right shoulder dislocated almost 30 times in like 18 months i did a lot of break time from every sport started some therapy now after these 5 yrs my right shoulder is better than never but for my surprise my left shoulder started to pop off and it's kinda wierd because it does not feel the same
Dislocating shoulders is a part of my life. It occurs constantly on both my shoulders, but somehow it got better on my left shoulder and it never happened again. I can't say the same for my right shoulder LOL
My experience dislocating my shoulder is when i play football, two of my friends tackled me and i fall with my hand like a plank position facing toward my chest.. and i can hear bones cracking sound, and it hurts a lot.. the next day i went to a massage place and he put my shoulder back in place and after that i thought i would never have the problem anymore, but after I've gone through physical activities using arm and if I'm not careful i could be dislocated my shoulder again.. and it happens accidentally so many times already.. now I can't service volleyball anymore because I can't use strength when i put my hands up to hit the ball, i can't also do a strong smash at shuttlecock in badminton game.. my third thing I can't do is I can't sleep while putting my hands up.. sorry because i make people listen to my story but how can i be back normal? Is this thing permanent and you just can get normal with surgery only?
Hay dr tomorrow ia have a shoulder dislocation sergury but there’s something else i have haemophilia A isn’t making big difference bitween another person plese anser me soon as possible
I got dislocated my shoulder when I was hit by the car riding my Bike. But the x ray is good but still in pain I can't up rise my right shoulder 😢 I do physical therapy but they never said about my dislocated shoulder..
My shoulder got dislocated 6 weeks back and now I’m in my therapy for the mobility. It still pains , i hope I’ll get back to the gym asap . I miss lifting weights.
Damn I must be lucky cuz I’ve dislocated both arms and I immediately knew from a sort of instinct on how to put it back right 👌🏼 I still have a soreness for like maybe a few weeks
I dislocated my shoulder 2 times in the same month and I have been trying to get the muscle stronger but I am worried that in the future it might come out again and I don’t know how to get it stuck in place any advice?
My advice would be to let it rest for like a few months then gradually doing strength activities and overtime it should be back but if it does dislocate again you might have to do surgery if you of course can.
I dislocated my right shoulder 7 months ago while swimming in butterfly style. I thought I just needed rest but I'm on the hospital right now after my shoulder has been falling down in the course of these 7 months. Wish me luck.
I have too many times got injury if i got wrong move it is back this is my problem till now. I just to back to normal so i can play and work hard. But i cant afford the surgery . And i think ived got trauma when im wacthing sports ived just closed my eyes...

What did you do that you dislocated your shoulder 15-20 times in 3years??
Damn man about the same. Recently i couldn't get it back in easily so went to the hospital
How did it go? How bad is the recovery?
If you dislocated your shoulder that many times your rotator cuff would be completely torn off and you would have little to no mobility in that arm
so how'd it go?
the best video on dislocated shoulder I've seen. 9 times already in a span of 15 years playing basketball.
your shoulder is gone bro you should stop playing basketball i play basketball too but i had to stop due to my right shoulder dislocated 3 times while playing

Good Morning how many times did you dislocate mate ?
I’ve dislocated mine in my sleep before and it was a weird way to wake up. Had to go to emergency room unfortunately
So here is my story as the guy above me said i put my hands behind my back fell asleep and just by resting i got woken up at 3 am with intense pain, ended up just shoving my arm back in place and went back to sleep doctors told me there is nothing wrong even tho i cam dislocate both my arms at will.

Wow this video is Amazing. I had shoulder surgery about 22 years ago. My shoulder kept popping out from a basketball injury. It has been good ever since after the surgery. I thank my doctor, Dr. Bush Joseph, out of Rush Hospital in Chicago.
What operation did your dr do?
Just had my shoulder dislocated after my first game as a starter in football. Wish me luck on the operation!
How much does the dislocated surgery cost?
God bless y'all with shoulder injuries, train smart and do your rehab. We're all gonna make it brah
How are you after surgery ??
Already 4 times dislocated.... Tomorrow is my surgery.... Everybody pray for me
Update?
How are you doing now?
How it is going??
how you doing
This is so helpful, i dislocatef my shoulder twice in 40 days i'm a goalkeeper and went to a specialist today.. this makes everything he told me more clear 👍

Hey have you had your surgery?

just recently dislocated my shoulder for the second time (1st was in may but it never got to heal properly because my parents and i didnt even realize it was a dislocation aka i went "mom i think i just dislocated my shoulder cuz something popped back into place" and she was like nah they dont just pop back, news flash they can lol) and this video helped a lot since I've been really nervous about the prospect of surgery. seeing what they actually do is super interesting. To all those w frequent/recurring dislocations: big props, i hope it gets better soon!
Last night i fully dislocated my right shoulder for the 2nd time do i need surgery?
Mines keep popping out I can put it back in if I rotate my arm slowly and play through it but it hurts for the next few days😞
Mike Love Thyself don’t worry bro I know exactly how you feel 😞 it sucks
Same here man...
Bro same lifting weights with an empty bar while shrugging helps tho
I can feel it man, in less then minute, you knock the hells door bell.🤣
Get it checked out or else you will end up dislocating trust me I’ve been there
Had 20+ dislocations, multiple tears in my labrum, micro fractures in my scapula, and 50% of my glenoid was gone. I had to get a completely reconstruction. It was a latarjet op including, 6 anchors, 4 plates, 8 screws, and a bone graft for my glenoid cut from the end of my collarbone. However, I had an AWESOME surgeon and have zero issues today.
How is your mobility with it today?
How do you know if you’ve damaged the labrum. My shoulder clicks and pops and feels Grindy is rhat bad?
@@Hizce your labrum is torn for sure
Thanksn
@@Jo.MeL95 I cant lift over my head anymore than 30 lbs now. I'm gonna need surgery eventually no matter how much I strengthen my shoulders
@@Jo.MeL95 I would like to know the answer too
Yov Soto I know you didn't ask me.

It took me five years plus to finally figure out I dislocated my arm from the shoulder joint thinking it was a rotator cuff tear... It’s completely healed on edge with some of my own physical therapy with correction tension shoulder bands and just common sense
Gayle Cheung How long did it took to heal

Did you have surgery?
This video is actually really well made
I think I partially dislocated my shoulder last week in a drunken fall, but it didn't pop out.
I did the same . It’s been only a week and this sling is making my forearm so uncomfortable. How long did you have to wear your sling ?
Hello did you haft to wear a sling or no is the question here
Yeah after not sleeping for a couple days I looked up a video and popped it in myself already feels a ton better.
Thank you, my mum shoulder has been dislocated for five months now, she in pains
Is it fixed now?
I dislocated my shoulder working out about 4 days ago, we got this
It happened to me when I was swimming, a few years ago. I had a friend pulled my arm for me, luckily it worked and have it put back to normal.
Had 4 dislocations in the space of a year then had surgery on april 2019 over a year later and my shoulder feels great back to boxing and playiny football with no worries if you suffer with this i defo reccomend surgery its a long recovery time but well worth it in the end 👍

So I can metal gear solid my dislocated shoulder if done as soon as it happens and if it is not severe?
Noice reference😂😂😂😂
Boss, that's a serious injury.
Did you have surgery? How are you now?
I dislocated mine in a motorcicle accident 2 days ago, it was very painfull until a doc fixed it
I dislocated my right shoulder around 15 weeks ago due to goalkeeping.

Just got surgery about a month ago. Been going to physical therapy but no where near how my shoulder used to be mobility wise. They say it should take 4-6 weeks to gain all that mobility back but there is no way, should be another 3 months until I return back to normal
hows it going now?
Maybe the same….
I can literally dislocate it by myself it’s crazy, like I can move my shoulder and I don’t like it how can I fix it
I deal with it when I over-use my shoulder with a large range of motion.
Nice information

My shoulder feels stronger than ever but still gonna start off slow this time
You had surgery done ? My shoulder pop out almost 50 times because i did some grappling sparring 3 yrs ago, i plan to surgery next week

Interesting how many times I walked around for days with a dislocated shoulder and everytime managed to pop it back in place without any surgery.
How???
Often dislocated is slightly injured or severe? Mine had been dislocated every quarter of month and haunts me for 9 years until today!
Both my shoulders are unstable, but I'm afraid of surgeries so that's not an option for me, I can never return to martial arts and I'm ok with it

Dislocating shoulders is a part of my life. It occurs constantly on both my shoulders, but somehow it got better on my left shoulder and it never happened again. I can't say the same for my right shoulder LOL
I was taking batting practice and I followed through so hard that a popped my shoulder out.
