    Mai kafi time se yoga ke leye ek trainer dhood rhi thi .aur ab aapki videos kafi bar dekhne ke bad me aapki videos dek ke yoga kar rhi hu. Maine khud ko challenge Kiya h headstand karne ke leye jab bhi mai headstand me perfect ho jaugi aapko video share karugi 😊

    Yes these techniques are a very great gift to the new yoga community ...under the guidance of Shivamji.
    It will fit immediately to those who already who regularly practise muscle stretching exercises.
    Others need more homework. But Shivam ji has removed the word -- impossible for me. All need different practising hours . Some daily 1 hour for 1 week. Some 2 weeks and so on. More time needed for more rigid bodies who dont even walk daily a mile.
    Once these skills are acquired. And if only Organic foods are consumed, then there will be a chance own the greatest wealth of the earth. That is Health.

      It depend on your muscle age n connective tissues restriction.
      I your case just practice a middle split 2 time In a week
      But on practice day just practice both statistic n dynamic stretching it may helping you a lot

    plzz bataeye splits ko mene shoro kia 2 month he 70 person hi opn howa hai kia karna aise usme me pareshan hun itnadin howa but i cant get ful splits .......pain full hota hai men chair ka churke sab try kia apka batae huwe tips

      No pain no gain,pain hota lekin practice daily karna hai,or rooj oil massage bhi karna hai,chair wali bhi technique ko try karna👍,or app kar sakte ho👍💪💪

      Great you achieve 70% of middle spilt. It generally many people problem to achieve 100%
      When you on 70% middle split just little bit tilt your pelvic front side n adjust you ankle from straight to flat it may helping you a lot. I guarantee
