Why take it all out? It took me a few minutes to get comfortable with simply pushing the cards and fanning it out to get the cards in the middle. The top most card and the one in the very bottom is even a lot easier to access cause you don't even need to fan out the cards. Maybe if you have 10 or more cards it might be a little troublesome. But for 7 cards, it's soooo easy.
