It’s really good story and very important to people know about it and interesting narrative. Some how you missed two ships of people sailed in 1850s, who are mostly from current Orissa and Bihar (not native from Kolkata) left from Kolkata to Current West Indies islands (who currently call locally as plantar, of course these people moved to United States, largely to New York State) they real siva devotees, and carry some sort of souvenir from their ancestors which has connection to their Indian connection to current Orissa. I myself really saw those souvenir of Oriya text on those pictures (in one of Gianna’s family pictures. This happened in 1999 when I rented a portion of their house for couple of months).

half of Kalinga is in Andhra so it's not the name of today's state of Odisha
@@bhabanism i think you did not read the first sentence brother. Utkala means uttar kalinga thats why i said kalinga is the real name. And yes a lot of kalinga is in andhra pradesh 😔 but the whole Kharagpur area of bengal was also in uttar kalinga. So we lost on both sides.
