Vedas mentioning Ramas = foretelling Rama. If you read Ramayana, you'll see that all the sages knew about Rama before his birth. They were waiting for him. It's because the vedas already mentioned him. Btw vedas don't mention him at all, the meaning of the mantra is completely different BUT this is how the vedas foretell of what will happen - they'll mention in one word. Then we have puranas and itihasas to expand on it. ONLY those devatas whose names mentioned in the vedas are to be worshipped. So Krishna, Vamana, Nrsimha, Hanuman, Vishnu, Shiva, Rama, etc. are mentioned as different names. Ex: Vedas also use the word Bhadra for Rama (Ramaaya RamaBHADRAAYA Ramachandraaya Vedhase...). BUT the veda mantra meaning will be as per"bhadra = goodness/wellbeing"

so dating the rigveda as per mention of lord Rama is pure foolishness. people cannot just start reading the vedas one random day. go to the shankaracharyas, go to those agnihotri ghanapathi mantradrashta brahmins and sit at their feet else there's no hope for you
