    I just want to thank you for all tutorials. What makes the biggest impression on me-you give me the basic information about general pattern, stitches, etc and in the same time you explain how use it with imagination, how to create something new. You are like a perfect teacher: you give directions.
    The same was with Spring Fling Earrings-one of the best tutorials ever!!

    Hi Stephanie from Greenwood, Indiana! I agree with the last comment. I feel when I watch your videos that you're a hobbyist who loves working with beads and has a blast and a flare for beading. I don't have friends come bead with me and that is where you come in. It is like we are hanging out, drinking coffee and just having a ball. If those complaints keep coming, keep doing what you do. I would be exactly the same on camera, real! Thank you for your effort and time you devote to your videos.

    Wow. What a difficult time I've had finding the hematite 2 mm beads. I got enough for one necklace. I liked it so much that I wanted to make one for my sister-in-law(my best friend) and nobody had them. I finally located some at an online store at which I've never shopped before. I ordered a slew and I'll see how many they actually have. While waiting to get hematite beads, I made in it bronze and it is absolutely stunning. In either color, I could not find the rondelles so I just repeated the one station. It still turned out awesome. Thanks for this great pattern! The hematite goes well with the jet black, hematite and silver striped bracelet. I then used a sliperit superduo in the double wrap bracelet and it's a great match as well. Thanks again!

      Hi Barbara💖 Sometimes Amazon has the 2mm beads. When I see them I order as many as I can lol I'm so glad you like this necklace! I think it gets overlooked because it's hard to see how sparkly it really is! Your accompanying pieces sound beautiful😄 I'm a real hematite fan. Thanks for watching and post pictures on my Facebook page if you like!

    G'Day Stephanie, They say that people who talk a lot love the sound of their own voice - not so, - in this case! Through the magic of video land and we can hear your comments and there for you being the only talker (and "not hearing us talking back") that's what keeps your conversation seem endless. In other words - talking too much. Not so, I too feel that I am right there with my friend - listening,sharing a cup of coffee,(As I always do when watching any video) and beading to my heart's content. Some times (living Down Under) I feel a little isolated from you "Northern Lights Ladies" and by listening to you, Ruby, Gina, Kelly and JP helps me feel as if I am right there beading along side of you in the same room. As you can probably guess by now I am also a talker and a writer of long scribes. I say "if no one talks then some has to". If we are all having fun and learning it really doesn't matter what those "the-short-talk-types" feel or think, -they can listen or watch something else. Keep "talking" and keep making your great videos. Love the necklaces and can't wait for that "BRACELET" As always your friend and sister in beading. Chris.

      Chris Phillips You are so nice and supportive my friend! I so love our beading community. Thanks for the pep talk and the bracelet is coming along.I have also been thinking of something autumn and winter inspired for you and our fellow beading sisters Down Under :) XOXO

    • @chrisphillips1893
      @chrisphillips1893 9 років тому

      Bronzepony Beaded Jewelry Thank you for your kind words and isn't that what friendship is all about - support,acceptance and validation of "who we are" and not "what we think we are". If the whole world were beadiers e.t.c then we would have the"most amazing world of friendship and tolerance". We would be to involved in sharing and doing our projects to notice any out ward differences and see those around us for what they are - "special"!!!. I am so excited that you are going to do a special bracelet for us (now radiator huggers here in Southern OZ). It's made my day and on behalf of us "Down Under's" I thank you for your kind treat. I buy my beads on EBay, just type in beads and a whole lot of amazing, cheap, (mostly free postage) sparklers of all shapes and sizes appear (just like Aladdin's treasure cave) and that's where I am now heading - TO BUY BEADS AND MORE BEADS!!!!!!!!!! Hear from you soon, my Northern Light Friends and sister in beading Chris.

I have some 3mm Fire Polished beads in silver, I suppose I could use those. I used 3mm silver druk and 3mm FP every other one for the 20 in a row, it came out nice, thank you.

      Yes I have used Tigertail for shorter necklaces. It's been a while since I used it so I can't give you a suggestion for this necklace other than to try it and
      see how it works.

      Hi Angela and that you for your nice comment😄 The 2mm bead are faceted round hematite beads. If you can't find them any 2 or 3mm beads will work. However, the hematite beads are so sparkly, they really add pop to the necklace💜😃💕

    Hi Stephanie, Just found your videos and I love them! Haven't done any beading for a number of years so I thought this hematite necklace would be a good project to start with. I've found both the 2mm silver-plated and the natural gray hematite on Amazon and Etsy. They seem to have some small dark spots on them -- not all over, but enough that I noticed them when I zoomed in on the picture. Is this normal for this type of bead or should I continue looking? Thanks!

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  8 років тому

      Hi Linda and thank you! I looked on amazon and saw the beads you are referring to. They do have spots!!! Funny, I bought them from BRC Beads and they are fine! Maybe look around a bit more. There is another supplier on Amazon but you would be ordering from China and would have to wait a while to get them. A suggestion: Try 2mm or 3mm fire polished bead instead. Would still be beautiful :) I hope this helps!
