    So with enough velocity any fluid can behave like a non-newtonian fluid? For instance people landing in water from very high distances and having their bones broken?

    Excellent video but why are the functions for shear stress at 1:07 both negative (-η and -μ)? Here you defined η =(du/dy)^(n-1). Doesn't that mean that η = (du/dy)^n / (du/dy) . In the power law model at 6:37 you rewrite the Tau function but, using the above:
    Tau = -η(du/dy) = - [ (du/dy)^n / (du/dy) ] x (du/dy) = - (du/dy)^n
    This makes your consistency coefficient (k) always -1.
    I know that's not true so where is the flaw?
    Also at 6:37, you have the units of K as [ Pa-S^(-n) ]. Shouldn't that be [ Pa-s^(n) ]?
