Paddling Antique Guideboat and Canoe at the Adirondack Experience

We went to the Adirondack Experience to visit their boat house and to try out an antique guideboat and canoe. The guideboat took quite a bit for John to get the handle of paddling. It also felt slightly tippy (it was not going to tip) because it's made to carry tons of weight because people used them to move a lot of gear or animals after hunting trips, etc. It was a really fun experience and one we recommend. The luxury canoe we tried was amazing. It does look like they may start charging extra for this experience so the sooner you go, maybe the better!
