State of Emergency! Dangerous heat wave!
It is always some sort of catastrophic event in places that have a lot of democrats. You poor suffering helpless victims are a sorry lot!
Winter is too cold, spring is too wet, summer is too hot, fall is too smoky! If you didn't have something to complain about you would probably have a neurotic breakdown!
