Hey JB 360. I received my RR v2 in July. It was solid for a few weeks but then both tires kept losing air, could be that I am a heavier rider, I’m around 270lbs and carried a heavy backpack on my rides to work. I remember watching one of your RR videos before I bought it. Seeing you have modded your RR makes me want to do the same in the near future. I’m around the DC area. Lastly any good tires options I can replace with? Big fan of yours here. 🙂
That's actually a good question. I had the stock tires on only for a little bit until I replaced the motors and went with 12.5" tires. I would say check out Monster Scooter Parts website. They have a bunch of more durable heavy duty tires than the stock ones. Check out their 14" x 3" tire selection.
Awesome vid. A question for ya from one who is looking into getting a roadrunner..... if you were to do this again, would you still get this or get the rr pro to build as your base for the build?
I would definitely go with the Pro as the starting point solely on the rear suspension. If you can get your hands on a Pro second hand, the ride quality will just be overall better when hitting the high speeds.
How'd you upgrade the motors or how did you get more power?

So far I'm getting 62mph. Hopefully in 2 weeks, I'll be testing out the FD 72360s on this mini moto and see what numbers I get.
