Currently I'm trying to fix the fact that not only the throttle will twist but so will the assembly that holds the wire LOL so the throttle does not work at all

Absolutely 💯. I purchased mine thru Amazon and got a 18 month warranty. I d be little Po ed with it just being a month old. If I could help you more I would. If you have future issues feel free to ask I ve probably have experienced it lol
Thats because you adding more than what the system is design for. In order to upgrade mine I would need new display , battery , charger controller. Have you up graded all of those yet.

You may need to replace the throttle assembly amd wiring.
Its all pretty basic.
They won't cover mine and it's the same problem
This happened when it was under warranty. If they won't sell you the part check with area 13 e bikes they may have a similar setup for you.
