I appreciate you having a person who isn’t a senior citizen doing the exercises. I’m young and had simultaneous bilateral TKA and found only seeing people 20-30 years older than me disheartening. Thank you for the good information.

Had TKR at Stanford in 2019 and 2020 and I did not have this experience at all!

What an amazing unit! I was a nurse on a comparatively primitive unit in 1974.

Does not cover information for bilateral tips. This is a good video for one knee at a time replacement. Maybe I will get my surgeon to make a recording. More to come on this. :)

The two hip replacements and hip surgical experience, at Stanford, that I experienced , was astonishingly brilliant! In addition, Dr Goodman, was exceptional! Since the procedure in 2006. I have played 1200 rounds of golf, over a seven year period Henceforth, I have walked many miles! above all, got my Life back! They exceeded all of my expectations! Well done! GLORIOUS!

I think these exercises are great. But with the videos I’ve been watching there no comment about possible depression. I tried to cut back on the pain meds too soon. Depression set in. Drs & nurses know better than we do. Lol

It's amazing that Stanford staff use the word "lay" back down after situps... the correct word is "lie" back down... elementary....

Geez, she needs knee replacement surgery? I can hardly walk but they won’t do it until I lose 8 more lbs(btw, I’ve lost 50. Any kind of exercise hurts like crazy but I do go to water aerobics 2-3x/wk.
