Just purchased the book on Amazon for 16th Jan 😊 ,i am also looking to help more people deal with anxiety within the mind not being able to switch the unnecessary thoughts off, being able to share proven techniques that worked for me. i would love to share these to a wider audience all for free. At the moment working with local the community and council. My dream would be to do it full time!
@@MrBubbyG_Official some people just have problems, some didn’t get good education and some have health effects. I have something called stargardts disease. Look it up. I definitely have a hard time reading. But others could prolly not have been taught well. Actually this new generation is bad at spelling, there’s alot of middle school teachers venting that their kids can’t read or write stuff like enough, conversion, and happiness. It’s bad.
