4K・ Tokyo rainy night in 100 minutes - Shibuya, Hiroo, Ebisu, Naka-Meguro・4K HDR

- It was raining when I arrived to Shibuya but after preparations when I started it was just drizzling.
I started from Shibuya Scramble square walked a bit around and directed to the west for Hiroo station. Passed Hiroo station and turned to the east towards Ebisu station. After Ebisu station I walked a bit more to the east to Naka-Meguro station.
No cats found, too wet for poor kitties 😿

Look how CLEAN those streets are! Incredible respect for their city.
Everyone in tokyo think shibuya is the most dirty too lol
People who respect themselves, respect their environment. I wish my fellow Americans would catch on to that!
I have to say, your filming and non-stop walk is intriguing, also that your project is "speechless", so the viewer gets even more personal experience... I can't stop watching... It is very apparent that you are doing this not for yourself but for me and the others that watch. Thank you very much.
Totally agree ...
No, what's really intriguing is that no other human has the ability to comprehend the fact that we don't give a single dogshite about their personal life and all of the utter noise they find appealing; when the truly valuable, captivating content is just beneath the lot of it.

Somehow, the crowds and life of the city make this comforting.
I used to sometimes enjoy a coffee in Japan near a train station and watch the busy crowds walking past. It was relaxing and somehow comforting.. Every day was a sort of adventure for me, because I could wander and find new places I never knew existed.
@@scottmcmaster4927 never been, is the country pretty safe just to Kindof wander and see what’s out there?
@@zach071591 Yeah, it's very safe. Even at night. Just be careful about "accepting" any "offers" from a very few people standing around promoting (like handing out leaflets or cards) certain bars/restaurants/some kind of service like karaoke. Because some of those belong to yakuza (or are ran by them) and they charge exorbitant amounts of money.
But if you're a foreign tourist they'll most likely leave you alone anyway because a lot of Japanese people tend to not initiate the first interaction with foreigners (maybe due to fear of speaking English or another foreign language to them).
The crowds can make me feel less lonely or lonely when I'm alone. Interesting how it can feel totally different sometimes.
I enjoy the sense of anonymity big cities provide. The way you can just blend into the masses, be part of it without any expectation or interference. Where I'm from everybody knows each other, are overly friendly and nosy.
12:45 I really appreciate how you stopped at red signal even there was no vehicles while in my country people will cross roads even if signal is red
After all, the possible punishments for ignoring traffic signals (including pedestrian crossing lights) are up to three months in prison and a 50 000 yen fine, so I wouldn't jaywalk in Japan either. :P
@@solstickan Especially when recording myself xD
@@solstickan crazy japan, 500 dollars for crossing the street
It depends of the time of the day, but even Japanese won't stop everytime and everywhere with a red signal. 21/22 and up and you'll see they don't give much of a damn too when there's no risk,
@@solstickan Nice bullshitting
I like how Shibuya Crossing is really loud and energetic, for example at timestamp 0:50, then about 30 or so minutes later, for example, at timestamp 34:00, everything is so quiet and peaceful.
I just realized that whenever we travel to different places we are so busy recording everything on our phone coz we don't wanna "miss" anything and we want to show our friends or post it on social media...After watching his videos I realized that just walking around a city can be such an enjoyable experience..
You just realized...really...Millenials -.-
@@hanswurst6742 better late than never! It would be a shame if they never realized it right?
@@hanswurst6742 It's one of the greatest things you can do as a pastime, at least I believe so
@@hanswurst6742 Ah yes everyone between ages 25-40 is basically the same person.
Just like everyone named Hans is a German mechanical engineer with no sense of humor.
Also, we miss so much while caturing everything..
Men women and children walk around so safely there and they are happy people lovely to see and hear people laughing thank you 💜🥰
Benefits of a high trust society, homogeneous and unified. There is a lesson to be learned.
How can this person walk like game character like he's not tired at all constant speed throughout. Make this so satisfying to watch.
I come to thank you once again Rambalac, whenever I think about giving up everything I watch your videos and this motivates me to continue to pursue my dreams
I also love the fact that you let the camera do the talking. Some videographers are so chatty that I just turn the sound off. Ramble on, Ramblers!
I laughed at 50:10 at the guy who couldn't fit his car in his garage :D
Hope they've got PPF on the front!
the night walks in the cities are the best ❤️ so full of life
Love this channel, it's like you're actually there exploring
Yeah, its like "what's going to be around this corner!?".
From 2017 to 2019, I worked in Ebisu, Japan.
01:20:50 So this Ebisu station evokes nostalgia for me.
Oh how I miss Japan!
懐かし. I do miss Japan sometimes. I had a good time living there. Videos like these bring back memories.
Its so impressive how almost nobody looks agressive or rude, they all seem kind and polite... not like in my town
Your cities are so alive at night. Our cities are like ghost towns at night. Awesome photography. It's like I am there.
It’s so clean and void of litter it’s surreal…
Such respect for their neighbors and environment, unlike the U.S.
❤️❤️❤️
Coz majority are not natural
i love how walkable it seems. such a difference from american cities
Tempe Arizona is starting to look like this.. A little. It's like a modern city, built around a lake they built and extremely clean, and there is a bicycle/walking path around the lake and everything is kind of condensed in a commercial district built around the lake and the ASU sun devils stadium.. You have a big "party" place called Mill Ave with a lot of clubs and restaurants but also nearby apartments and condos.. Buildings are NOT that tall though in AZ or Tempe.. There's a rather large 24 story condo being built on the lake right now and it's gonna be one of the tallest buildings in AZ.. And there is a light rail but the light rail is completely useless, SLOW and just took up extra lanes that could have been used for vehicles, the only people that take it are a bunch of homeless crackheads to get to where they need to panhandle and be homeless at, the light rail was suppose to pay for itself, it didn't and the taxpayers got slapped with the bill..
Europa is the same everything is walkable.
Watch the channel Not Just Bikes, I have a feeling that you'd like it after reading your comment
@@rakoda no it is not
You are my favorite one of this type of channel. You have a good eye for cinematography, and there is a lot of variety. There is also something very Zen about your videos. Thank you for making them. Please keep up the good work. :)
beautiful people, I want to be there and walk in peace
Yeah, the problem in japan only ageing populations, so many elderly, must respects
i too
@@yogadarmawan3051 They need to incentivize reproduction again. A nation needs at least 2.5 children per couple to remain the same, more to grow, any less and it will shrink over time. I fear China will continue to expand, and the USA cannot be relied upon to be a means of defense. In order for Japan to survive in the future, it will probably have to grow and even expand.
@@yogadarmawan3051 Agreed, and I blame the west with their"woke" ideology in addition to young people not wanting children. If I could afford it, I'd move back to Shinjuku and remain there. But the CCP virus, and refusing to leave our cats behind pose issues to that goal.
I’d crawl over rusty razor blades and crushed glass to be able to go anywhere in Japan, especially Tokyo. I watch a lot of NHK (watch them but not ABC, NBC, etc.) for the travel programs. The people fascinate me, have for years since my year in Oki (Henoko, Camp Schwab) in early 70’s.
Rambalac video quality are best among other walking 4k channels
I'm using this video in my school because we are talking about Japan this semester. I live in a small city and Tokyo is like other world for us.
Thanks, Rambalac!
I'm also from small town, in Latin America to get worse, big cities of first world countries seem like a paradise
55:45 ahhh my favorite part of every Rambalac video…the trademark vending machine green tea 🍵😌
It reminds me one of those "white" nights that I ve spent in the Takadanobaba suburb...young guys and girls were usual to sit everywhere and talk till the morning. It was so special by being part of that atmosphere. One day near the metro station the singer of a young band which was making their show has given me for free their album cd. It was like being captured by some sort of alternative reality, some kind of beautiful dream. Japanese people can recognize good people and if you re one they will give you what they can.
Nice
You have such a gift, and we are so thankful you shared it with us. Your ability to conduct a photoshoot 👍👍 a vote of thanks from us all.
Uncle shirt pehn lo...ganji mein kyu bethe ho.😂
Lovely Tokyo walk!!Good Work one more time Rambalac!!👍👍
I would like to live in Japan, their culture is very calm, they are respectful and polite and they know how to take care of their public spaces, there is no garbage in the streets or disorder, an example to follow, Greetings from Venezuela
It must be so nice to be in a place where you can safely roam at night. I live in Asheville NC and I would NEVER walk anywhere at night.
Thank you for sharing this loveliness with us. 💖
Try Daytona Beach.
@@petegregory517 - I lived there for 2 years so I know. But at least you have the ocean. I'll trade you these mountains! 😁
What is NC? North Columbia?
@@robrs8631 - North Carolina. 😊
I think a big part of American people have a behavioural problem that is genetic.
Japan looks absolutely stunning in HDR...
What a wonderful and relaxing evening stroll. Thank you for this.
you just play this while working/studying and its so peaceful
Just discovered this channel. So relaxing to watch🙂
Thanks for sharing and thanks for recording in HDR.🙏👍
I really like the video you made. It’s very beautiful and makes people feel like walking in the film.
Oh!!!! The world famous Shibuya Crossing!!! How I miss this place!!!
I love the way you make your videos. It's possible to hear all the atmosphere, the people talking, the vehicles, all the transit signs, the music and the commercials in the screens, even the wind and the animals. This is the way to show a place, like someone who lives there, by the view of people who lives there.
Thank you for the effort, and I'm impressed... You may have a good shape to take this long walks while carrying your equipment. All my admiration for you.
Its so nice to see Japan on a Tokyo evening Thanks for sharing this walk, I enjoyed every minute of it.👍👍
Love your rainy videos with people
Tokyo always looks so cyberpunk. I love it!
Just wanted to let u know ur videos are awesome. Ive been watching since around 2018 i think. Wow time flies
Как красиво и уютно, атмосферно. Город здорового человека когда деньги не тырят
И даже вдали от центра города, а теперь вспомните центр Москвы и окраины.....
I can't ask for anything better than this :)
Thank you, please keep up uploading. Good work
You sure took the long way from Shibuya station to my apartment (Ebisu 1 丁目)... but you passed right by my place at about the 1 hr point. Beautifully shot. I shared it with my family to give them a chance to see where I live. Love this video
Fantastic, feels like you're there.
Always calming and relaxing, thank you :)
I have got to say, cant wait to go back to Japan again. A bunch of our friends are planning a big reunion -- hopefully that happens in Japan. What an amazing country ! :)
beautiful place. beautiful people. nice food. hope to visit again in 2022.
Excellent job! The quality is extraordinary!
Just the sounds of the city would put me at ease but the rain on top of that is 👌
Great to watch - thank you for the work!
Very good video footage...
this is glorious, thank you very much!
The camera angle is everything here not too low, not too high, right at your eye level; its as if like VR in 4K
Thank you Rambalac! I hope to visit Japan soon and be able to wander these streets myself :)
Absolutely in love with the video, the places you visit and the quality of the camera. It's a life goal of mine to visit Japan one day. But I'm actually a bit scared of the language barrier..
I love watching these. It really chills me out at the end of the day.
This is amazing. Thank you!
On a rainy night in Shibuya, the lights are brighter than usual and it is beautiful!! 👍👍👍👍
good title hopefully the video blows up, absolutely blown away by the video quality, for some reason lowering the color temperature with flux makes the video look better and more cinematic
56:48 The gtr parked on the side of the street! Love it! Love the filming as well! Thank you!
This is my favourite video of yours. I'll probably never get to visit Japan in my lifetime so thank you so much for these! It truly is magnificent. くれてありがとうございます。
Thanks Rambalac 😊
The color and the picture is stunning.
excellent! thank you for posting
Imma gonna watch it full 😍
Merci beaucoup
You the best Ram! 👍🏻
It's very soothing to be in Tokyo and with the incredible quality, it feels like we're there.
However the immersion would probably be more intense if at each intersection you could turn around the camera view just so we could see the streets you're passing by. Thank you !
雨の渋谷も素敵ですね。
I absolutely love these videos...they are so relaxing. One day...I must visit Japan.
What a great interpretation of this video....
light rain in the city is always so calming to me
I've just discovered your channel. Very pleasant to watch the videos, great experience. And fantastic quality. Instant subscription and like!
Shibuya Crowd 😀 Glad to see and hear it 😀👍 specially Kawaidesu 😍
When i went to japan in 2019, I was already looking at your videos Rambalac, and I remember me looking if I would see you walk with that big camera and gimbal :) I never saw you xD
I love how people in Japan dress. There's so much individuality. Coolest people in the world for sure.
I can't wait to visit Japan!
This is immensely soothing to watch. Wish I were there.
Love you for that... keep up a great job buddy! Im with you. Thank you!
Your videos always give me motivation to study harder and go to Japan
Such a very preety zones. I enjoy very much this video
Just gorgeous.
Every time Iwatcha HDR video i'm impressed with how much a of a difference it makes, even with something as simple as a shopping street. In my huble oppinion the difference between 4K and 1080 isn't nearly as impactful as SD vs HDR, especially on a good OLED screen
it's been a while since i watch your videos :D beautiful walk around tokyo ~
SIMPLY AMAZING !!!
thank you so much for this video. i watched it while listening an audiobook xD
Watching this on an oled tv and the colours are amazing.

I'm living in Japan but, oh my god these videos are goood! I'm using them every day i'm going to the gym to do Cardio, these are the best for running man!
I know you posted some on Shin Sekai and Dotonbori, and I watch those regularly but, please do more on Osaka (in Esaka dude, The King Of Fighters Scenery all the way towards SNK offices, that would be gold!! )
I haven’t seen no trash on the floor.. looks so clean
i love this. I don't know why but it makes me happy. I need to go to japan.
Thank you.
