Hi, At power on you cannot view the POST (power on self test) on the secondary screen but only on the primary. When you enter Windows (or Linux) the extended or duplicated display driver will run.
Is it possible to move the motherboard into a bigger case to attach a full length graphics card
I mean sure if you can find a BTX case, but other than that you'll need another power supply for a full size graphics card.

You can only replace the CPU chip. Once the Socket is messed then you will have to replace the whole unit or just the Motherboard.
