One thing about Jinbe that is underrated is actually how he doesn't like or worship the title of warlord At the end if the day it was only out of circumstance that he become one I kinda wonder if Who's Who is aware of that I also think he might be someone Jinbe actually knows (either directly or through association)

Who's Who became my favorite Tobi Roppo immediately when he appeared, absolutely love his design, the lean look, sweet blazer and shirt, buckled shoes, that tattoo, the mask, the cigarette etc everything about his design speaks to me. Also I love his cool/calm personality.
Zebras have existed for 4 million years, and mammoths have also appeared around that time, I'm sure there are other zoans that have existed for even longer and are still classified as normal ones because the species isn't extinct. Of course maybe zebras weren't around for that long in the onepiece-world

The Dino fruits are ancient because they are the kind of animals that were around a long time ago. If you had a fruit that turned you into the zebras that were around all those years ago, then yes it would probably be considered ancient, but the zebra fruits we have now are not ancient because they are the zebras that are around now.

I don't think he had much of a choice in the matter. Unless Fishman Island wanted to be in the same position as that one island raided by Brownbeard right before the timeskip, that is. Which brings us to a trait in Jinbei's character that has always struck me: how MUCH of what he did was out of duty or obligation to a higher power. From his time as a royal guard, to the Sun Pirates, to the Warlords, to Big Mom. Maybe that's why he values his title as the helmsman of the Straw Hat crew over all others, because that's the only one he CHOSE to be.
jinbe was first friendly with whitebeard because he protected fishman island asking nothin in return and jinbe respected that, this is one of he main reasons jinbe refused to fight against him in the war. when whitebeard died however big mom claimed fishman island as her territory and so jinbe worked for her to make sure she didnt attack fishman island but he in no way respected her as much as whitebeard

Gin did mention that he’d meet SH pirates in New world.. they must have healed after Mihawk, got stronger, entered new world and encountered Fishman Pirates lost and joined Kaido only to meet SH crew 2. You missed out on him being world govt agent. As a warlord, there would definitely meeting between him and Jinbei.. that’d make him a brand new character. Like Drake infiltrated kaido , WG could have done the same..
I think it's pretty clear that Who's Who is an unknown character because he told Jinbe he saw him once when he was STILL a Warlord. Jinbe was already stripped of the Warlord title in Marineford, not to mention that all of the Warlord were properly introduced.
If he is someone we've seen before, I'd guess Kuro. We saw Bellamy's change with Doffy, it could be fun to see another early guy with his personality changed a bit by Luffy.

On Masked Deuce being Who’s Who: It could be that after Whitebeard denied Ace going back to Wano, Deuce took the rest of the Spade Pirates there himself. They tried to fight Kaido, were all killed maybe except Deuce, and much like with Kid and Luffy Kaido gave him the ultimatum of joining his crew, and he said ok. I believe Who’s Who was also one of the ones that wanted the promotion to All Star the most, and wanted to kill one of them, and this could give him added reason for that. Or Ace could have asked Deuce to take the rest of the crew to Wano when he joined up with Whitebeard, which is why we never saw them on the crew Also, remember that the Spade Pirates had a saber toothed cat companion on their crew...and Who’s Who has a saber toothed cat ancient zoan....hmm....
I think Whos Who is really the former vice captain of the spade pirates Mask Duse. This would also explain why Tomo didn't believe Ace was dead due to the fact that she him again (thinking he was undercover but really he joined Kido after Ace joined Whitebeard).

I made a video not long ago about Bogard, but I could be wrong about him, from my initial assumptions. -Bogard, being the right hand of garp, could have easily met jinbei -bogard disappeared a while ago -bogard uses a sword -Bogard could be a secret operative like drake, without even drake knowing he had an ally. -Yes I know who's who threw drake under the bus, but it could be for his own cover. -And yes I know they have different hair color, but you can always change that lol.
Hey Tekking I have a theory on the next chapter so the short version is that it is a Ace flash back while Luffy is running up the stairs and what not and the flash back would weave in and out and end with the last page would be Ace punching the dragon all to set up when Luffy gets to the roof.
I kinda agree with the Mas Duce theory. I think that’s also the reason Ace left without actually fighting Kaido. I think the Spades came to Onigashima to fight Kaido but along the way, Duce was coerced and convinced to join Kaido’s crew probably by Queen or Kaido himself. I think that’s why Ace packed up and left and never came back to Wano because he didn’t want to fight and possibly Kill his “best friend” who had betrayed him and the crew by switching sides. But then again he probably would’ve reacted from seeing his former captains little brother for the first time standing next to jinbe
I wonder if the tobi roppo and the 3 commanders have the order they joined also represented by the times of their devil fruits. Jack seems to be the most recent commander and the mammoth is the closest ancient animal. From the dialogue we can assume that Who's Who is also fairly new similar to how the Saber-Tooth tiger is also fairly recent. The Rosamygala is the oldest creature of their devil fruits so maybe Black Maria is the longest standing member of the Tobi roppo, Pachycephalosaurus and spinosaurus lived around the same time and Page one and Ulti are siblings so they probably joined at the same time, Triceratops is older than the Spinosaurus but younger than the Rosamygala, and the Allosaurus came after the Spinosaurus. So they order the Tobi Roppo joined could be Black Maria>Sasaki>Page One & Ulti> Drake> Who's Who

By the sounds of the Viz translation, it seems like the LAST TIME w2 saw Jinbe, he was a warlord, not the FIRST TIME. He also sounds very cordial to Jinbe, so I doubt he has any underlying grudge against him. He says "Would you stop picking on my subordinates? Have some pride, former warlord" *says call me helmsman* "Oh, pardon me. I only thought of that because I saw you once while you were a warlord". He sounds polite, unenthused, and almost fond of Jinbe, like he sees him as a cool dude, even an aspiration. If he's a completely new character, I doubt his initial meeting with Jinbe was a negative one
Hey tekking i actually just learned this like the day before i read the chapter but black Maria is a reference to a Japanese monster called a Jorogumo. Which is a Women, typically a prostitute who is secretly disguised as a giant man eating spider. Theres a story about a samurai slashing a women and then in the same area they find a dead giant spider which they cut open and out pops out a thousand human heads and a bunch of man sized spider babies.
it will be interesting to see some zoan fighters i feel like we havent really gotten much of those. i want to see how much shifting in between forms will play a factor or if they mainly fight in their animal form/hybrid
Maybe Who's who is also a secret agent of Sword and he met Jinbei during his time as "normal" marine. Or he is from CP-0 and was therefore calling out X-Drake as spy to keep up the facade.
Late comment, but I think the rosemygale grauvogeli spider was actually only about 6 mm in length. The megarachne from the triassic period was body size about the size of a human head and noted to be the largest spider ever though.
Have we discussed the possibility that Sanji may have developed a New Kama Kenpo Style that allows him to fight women? I feel people over the years have speculated if he has the style, but by and large we wondered why it wouldn’t have been brought up already. But he really hasn’t been in any marquise fights since the time-skip, and hasn’t been in a position where he has had to fight a woman post time-skip until now. There is also the thought that he suppressed it, and it won’t be until Black Maria does something (dresses him like a kabuki dancer, or a geisha for some reasons) that he goes New Kama Kenpo Sanji Mode.
Still seeing people theorize that Who's Who is Gin. The most compelling thing I've seen is that Don Krieg's flagship Drednaught Sabre has the sabre toothed tiger as the figurehead. People say that Gin's age and height don't match from using databook info, but those vivre cards got massive things wrong like when exactly Shanks became a Yonko
My far out there guess for now is captain Kuro thanks to his cat theme and liking to hide his identity by extreme measures although i have checked age details yets and it is most likely someone new like you said at the end Edit: i checked the hight and ages and he was just 3 years too young
Who's Who may be one of the escapees from level 6, he would know Jinbei from his time in prison, and then to have returned to his crew and resumed his pirate career from before being caught

I have some suggestions. 1. Even if Who's Who isn't Squardo, they could still be related. If Squardo left behind any family after dying, be it to the Payback War, Weevil, or something else,, I could see someone among them seeking revenge. 2. I doubt Moria amassed so vast a zombie army without making people mad enough to want revenge. Some might even go looking for pirates like Luffy, Jinbei, and Kaido who proved capable of defeating Moria. Who's Who could have joined the Beast Pirates to take down Moria as revenge for something Moria did to him.

Could who's who be vice admiral bastille? Both are 38, wear a similar mask, have similar hair, and his epithet is shark cutter the only difference is in height but bastille is a giant so he might have had a little growth spurt
what do you think about who’s who being an inmate from level 6 impel down and potentially apart of Blackbeard’s crew. This would explain how Blackbeard is getting his information about Wano and how he could’ve met Jimbei as a warlord (former)? Also it puts them on around the same tier in strength.

i noticed a very strange thing, all the warlords except doflamingo, moria, are allies with straw hat crew, maybe later on in the future doflamingo and moria will join in and help out straw hats against world government or some threat? maybe even the yonkos (after they get defeated) becomes allies with the straw hat crew (shanks is already allied), which means straw hat crew will become the strongest pirate crew in the world
hey the spider that Black Maria has the devil fruit of actually wasnt big it had an adult size of a centimeter with the biggest one getting 6.6mm. I think that's why Black Maria is a taller human because if it was based on the size of the spider she would just get stepped on.
Who's Who is a previous Shichibukai! All of them refear to some animals, either by name or in the case of Jinbe as representative of fish. And the only big cat that we know is Fujitora, the tiger. But it is a category that remains empty within the warlords.

On Masked Deuce being Who’s Who:
It could be that after Whitebeard denied Ace going back to Wano, Deuce took the rest of the Spade Pirates there himself. They tried to fight Kaido, were all killed maybe except Deuce, and much like with Kid and Luffy Kaido gave him the ultimatum of joining his crew, and he said ok. I believe Who’s Who was also one of the ones that wanted the promotion to All Star the most, and wanted to kill one of them, and this could give him added reason for that.
Or Ace could have asked Deuce to take the rest of the crew to Wano when he joined up with Whitebeard, which is why we never saw them on the crew
Also, remember that the Spade Pirates had a saber toothed cat companion on their crew...and Who’s Who has a saber toothed cat ancient zoan....hmm....
I think Whos Who is really the former vice captain of the spade pirates Mask Duse. This would also explain why Tomo didn't believe Ace was dead due to the fact that she him again (thinking he was undercover but really he joined Kido after Ace joined Whitebeard).

Hey Tekking I have a theory on the next chapter so the short version is that it is a Ace flash back while Luffy is running up the stairs and what not and the flash back would weave in and out and end with the last page would be Ace punching the dragon all to set up when Luffy gets to the roof.
I kinda agree with the Mas Duce theory. I think that’s also the reason Ace left without actually fighting Kaido. I think the Spades came to Onigashima to fight Kaido but along the way, Duce was coerced and convinced to join Kaido’s crew probably by Queen or Kaido himself. I think that’s why Ace packed up and left and never came back to Wano because he didn’t want to fight and possibly Kill his “best friend” who had betrayed him and the crew by switching sides. But then again he probably would’ve reacted from seeing his former captains little brother for the first time standing next to jinbe
I wonder if the tobi roppo and the 3 commanders have the order they joined also represented by the times of their devil fruits. Jack seems to be the most recent commander and the mammoth is the closest ancient animal. From the dialogue we can assume that Who's Who is also fairly new similar to how the Saber-Tooth tiger is also fairly recent. The Rosamygala is the oldest creature of their devil fruits so maybe Black Maria is the longest standing member of the Tobi roppo, Pachycephalosaurus and spinosaurus lived around the same time and Page one and Ulti are siblings so they probably joined at the same time, Triceratops is older than the Spinosaurus but younger than the Rosamygala, and the Allosaurus came after the Spinosaurus. So they order the Tobi Roppo joined could be Black Maria>Sasaki>Page One & Ulti> Drake> Who's Who

By the sounds of the Viz translation, it seems like the LAST TIME w2 saw Jinbe, he was a warlord, not the FIRST TIME. He also sounds very cordial to Jinbe, so I doubt he has any underlying grudge against him. He says "Would you stop picking on my subordinates? Have some pride, former warlord" *says call me helmsman* "Oh, pardon me. I only thought of that because I saw you once while you were a warlord". He sounds polite, unenthused, and almost fond of Jinbe, like he sees him as a cool dude, even an aspiration. If he's a completely new character, I doubt his initial meeting with Jinbe was a negative one

Hey tekking i actually just learned this like the day before i read the chapter but black Maria is a reference to a Japanese monster called a Jorogumo. Which is a Women, typically a prostitute who is secretly disguised as a giant man eating spider. Theres a story about a samurai slashing a women and then in the same area they find a dead giant spider which they cut open and out pops out a thousand human heads and a bunch of man sized spider babies.

Late comment, but I think the rosemygale grauvogeli spider was actually only about 6 mm in length.
The megarachne from the triassic period was body size about the size of a human head and noted to be the largest spider ever though.

Still seeing people theorize that Who's Who is Gin. The most compelling thing I've seen is that Don Krieg's flagship Drednaught Sabre has the sabre toothed tiger as the figurehead. People say that Gin's age and height don't match from using databook info, but those vivre cards got massive things wrong like when exactly Shanks became a Yonko

1. Even if Who's Who isn't Squardo, they could still be related. If Squardo left behind any family after dying, be it to the Payback War, Weevil, or something else,, I could see someone among them seeking revenge.
2. I doubt Moria amassed so vast a zombie army without making people mad enough to want revenge. Some might even go looking for pirates like Luffy, Jinbei, and Kaido who proved capable of defeating Moria. Who's Who could have joined the Beast Pirates to take down Moria as revenge for something Moria did to him.

what do you think about who’s who being an inmate from level 6 impel down and potentially apart of Blackbeard’s crew. This would explain how Blackbeard is getting his information about Wano and how he could’ve met Jimbei as a warlord (former)? Also it puts them on around the same tier in strength.

i noticed a very strange thing, all the warlords except doflamingo, moria, are allies with straw hat crew, maybe later on in the future doflamingo and moria will join in and help out straw hats against world government or some threat? maybe even the yonkos (after they get defeated) becomes allies with the straw hat crew (shanks is already allied), which means straw hat crew will become the strongest pirate crew in the world
hey the spider that Black Maria has the devil fruit of actually wasnt big it had an adult size of a centimeter with the biggest one getting 6.6mm. I think that's why Black Maria is a taller human because if it was based on the size of the spider she would just get stepped on.

Who's Who is a previous Shichibukai! All of them refear to some animals, either by name or in the case of Jinbe as representative of fish. And the only big cat that we know is Fujitora, the tiger. But it is a category that remains empty within the warlords.
Hey, do you think that Who's Who might be Kadar, the Rear Admiral from the FIsher Tiger flashback? He has history with Jinbe, and his lips(yeah, I know, weird thing to focus) are the same as Who's Who. I believe I saw this theory before in a post from Reddit.
