Woman who inspired Orange Shirt Day shares her story in Nunavut

This year, a special celebration in Kuglutuk, Nunavut, marked Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Phyllis Webstad, the woman whose residential school story started Orange Shirt Day, was there to exchange stories with the community.
