Thanks for the recipe, I am living in Iran and it is almost impossible to find brewing yeast. I made wine using wild grapes of the northwest of Iran and the wine was incredible. So, Now I am gonna try this beer recipe,

@@heshama3347 he is telling you to use bread 🍞 yeast instead of natural grape🍇 yeast.
My advice: never use bread yeast to make wine or beer it will kill the taste of it.
But if you want more alcohol in there then go for it.

I tried the recipe in the middle of August and just now have tested the first bottle. It is really, really spectacular! The aroma of grape, bitterness from hops and full body from malt makes perfect combination. It is very dry with relatively high alcohol (8.6) and very nice foam. Great recipe, thank you so much!

@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato sorry, don't have an account there. By the way I was wondering if I could use the yeast from the bottles for new batches, how do you think? I did the brew on vacation in different region where local grape without preservatives is available, but I could have brought back home only the beer, not the yeast.

Hello chef. Thanks for the recipe and all you “spectacular” videos.
I did the Italian Grape 2 month ago. It is really good. The combination of wine and beer gives a nice beer. I used hops that give tropic fruit flavors, it was a good election. It taste amazing. The only problem was that the foam disappear very fast even though the carbonation is very good.
I will try more malt and less sugar next time to see if I get better foam. I will prepare it many times until I get the perfect one. 😊
    Saluti.

Some have tried making beers from only grocery store ingredients and would often use orange peel and coriander like in a Belgian witbier. Often bay leaves would be used, and one channel in particular used black tea with the bay leaves and coriander. Beer used to be made without hops, and the Belgians were one of the last to accept them in their recipes. Before they had hops, and when hops were illegal, they used something called gruit, which I don't know much about.

what kind of grapes are you using? also how are you sterilizing equipment? and lastly, does washing the grapes prior to using them kill the yeast or wash it off?

You can use the grapes that you like or that you find, grapes for wine are better.
I wash the equipment with hot water.
You don't need to wash the grapes 😉

Hi, this brew looks really interesting and I'm excited to try it, thank you for the recipe. Is it necessary to use wine grapes (which are harder to get) or would this work with supermarket grapes? I'm in UK btw. Thank you

      Hi
I understand that this number 7.5 is the standard n. that we divide by the difference between the initial density and the final density to determine the alcohol content.
      Is this right?
