Thanks for the recipe, I am living in Iran and it is almost impossible to find brewing yeast. I made wine using wild grapes of the northwest of Iran and the wine was incredible. So, Now I am gonna try this beer recipe,
👍 perfect, let us know the result 😉
you can use active dry bread yeast it gives you 12% alcohol i make mead using it
alaa darwish what you mean by Active dry bread??
@@heshama3347 he is telling you to use bread 🍞 yeast instead of natural grape🍇 yeast.
My advice: never use bread yeast to make wine or beer it will kill the taste of it.
But if you want more alcohol in there then go for it.
Vin ay Thank you very much
I watch so many brewing at home videos but I have to admit that I'm addicted to your channel now ❤️ Love from India
😂👍🏼 thanks
Love all your recipes I am a chef and I like to home brew on occasion
Thanks 🤩👍🏼
I tried the recipe in the middle of August and just now have tested the first bottle. It is really, really spectacular! The aroma of grape, bitterness from hops and full body from malt makes perfect combination. It is very dry with relatively high alcohol (8.6) and very nice foam. Great recipe, thank you so much!
Spectacular 🥳👍🏼🍺🍷 well done my dear
Send me some pictures on instagram
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato sorry, don't have an account there. By the way I was wondering if I could use the yeast from the bottles for new batches, how do you think? I did the brew on vacation in different region where local grape without preservatives is available, but I could have brought back home only the beer, not the yeast.
That looks beautiful. And it is so easy to make, no special equipment.
👍🏼 thanks
This is a great recipe. The grapes can be substituted with other fruits such as peaches or any berries as well.
Thanks 👍🏼
American here, I love this video and I used it as a basis for my own American Grape Ale. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!
Bravo 👍🏼 thanks for watching 😉 let us know when you taste it 🤪
Hello chef. Thanks for the recipe and all you “spectacular” videos.
I did the Italian Grape 2 month ago. It is really good. The combination of wine and beer gives a nice beer. I used hops that give tropic fruit flavors, it was a good election. It taste amazing. The only problem was that the foam disappear very fast even though the carbonation is very good.
I will try more malt and less sugar next time to see if I get better foam. I will prepare it many times until I get the perfect one. 😊
Saluti.
Spectacular 🤩🍺👍🏼
Yes me too I still fighting with foam every time it is different 😩
Let us know when you find the perfect recipe 😉
Try getting some carapils (or any “cara” grains) to help you with foam stability.
Thanks for the advice 👍🏼

I live in tropical country that there's no fresh hops in here, any idea what can I use to substitute the hops?
No substitute sorry, but you can order it online 😉 the dry one
Some have tried making beers from only grocery store ingredients and would often use orange peel and coriander like in a Belgian witbier. Often bay leaves would be used, and one channel in particular used black tea with the bay leaves and coriander. Beer used to be made without hops, and the Belgians were one of the last to accept them in their recipes. Before they had hops, and when hops were illegal, they used something called gruit, which I don't know much about.

Ciao cuoredicioccolato,
Many thanks for your useful channel and all the incredible recipes. They are really fantastic and I enjoy a lot to cook them!
Just regarding this recipe, what would be if I stay in the 1st fermenter longer and then directly to bottle them instead of using 2 fermenter?
thank you for your reply.
Crazie mille
Thanks 😊. You can try but if you have 2 fermenters it's better 😉
Dead yeast may change the taste of beer, that's why it's better to filter (remove grapes and dead yeast) and use the second fermenter.
👍
