My brother has autism and is non-verbal aswell. It’s very hard to do the right things for them and know what to do. And how he’s feeling etc, can’t imagine how it feels to be a parent of a child with Autism. Must be very hard, harder than it is with me 😂

This has me in tears. I know what this mother has gone through and continues to go through. I’m so glad she found a school with people who are understanding, compassionate and equipped to handle her son’s needs. There is a HUGE misconception about children with autism, and this young man just showed the world what a child with autism is - brilliant!
My mom told me when I was in the womb the doctors said I was gonna be born with autism, but then she said that, they were wrong. When I was born, the nurses and docters were testing me and they found out I was actually born without autism and they were shocked to see that it went away because when my mom was pregnant with me I already had autism in the womb and then I was born without it although I had asthma until I was 6 years old and I remember being told I had ADHD at age 8 years old but thankfully I’m healthy now
You can’t “cure” adhd . You are born with that type of brain or you not. You can manage the symptoms with support systems but you don’t cure it, the same apply with autism

I am a retired psychiatric nurse who has a great deal of experience with Autism. When Judge Caprio complimented Arion, he became very animated and smiled! Young folk on the spectrum do not generally respond to compliments, yet to see him smile was one of the most powerful things I've ever seen!
I am on the autism spectrum and have a disability and this young man inspires me! He is amazing and his outlook on life is amazing! I am currently crying watching this! Thank you for sharing this! Everyone should hear this!
