  • A lot of us are experiencing suffering at the moment. We have the idea we have to try and pass through it...although it seems to be gradually dawning on us that life as we know it is going to be different for a while.
    Rather than seeing if we can "sit this one out" we can use this time to grow, so that we make progress internally towards the actualization of our true potential.
    The method for real and lasting inner development? Wisdom meditation as taught by Buddha. By training our mind we can learn to be deeply, authentically happy no matter what the circumstances of our life. Check out this video of our resident teacher, Kadam Morten talking about this.
