The quick version of my aunt and Lisa’s story…Her and Lisa were best friends, went to the same high school, performed all over Philly together and Lisa was even living with her and my nana before she moved to ATL. My Aunt Dee Dee was the one who brought Lisa with her to this video shoot and there Lisa and Lorenzo hit it off, and he asked Lisa to move to Atlanta with him. In Atlanta, Lisa met tboz randomly at a nail saloon, they found out they both wanted to be in entertainment and clicked. Tboz already knew chili and it was around that time Babyface was looking for an all girls rnb group. When they auditioned Lisa couldn’t sing but she could rap her head off and once she rapped for babyface he wasn’t looking for a rnb group anymore, he was looking for them. So shout out my aunt Dee Dee the girls eye who Lorenzo is crawling on at 36 seconds for bringing Lisa to this video shoot!! My aunt said she would of gotten more video time but she kept sleepin thru the video shoot lol. But everything happens the way it was supposed, who knew this video shoot would take Lisa from Philadelphia to impacting millions of souls to this day! Follow your dreams!!you never know who you gonna meet or what road to take to reach your destination.
