    Worked great on about 6"-8" of average snow starts to struggle a bit past 8". ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxoHYZbq5g9fkcAtinlTqstNlje-UQkCHN Very light weight and the chute spin control works well. For the low price you get a ton of value. My only complaint is managing the cord as it does take a fair bit of effort to watch and pull the cord out of the way. I found myself having to whip the cord out of the way a lot when I needed to make one way passes to mange the blow direction. It's less of an issue when you can work both directions. A battery powered version would be a lot easier to handle but that is also double the price and requires battery care. I chose the corded version so I didn't have to worry about batteries but I do now see how much work the cord is. I let my neighbor borrow it and it outperformed his smaller gas blower, he was totally sold. Very pleased with the power and operations. My only suggestion is to spend a bit more on a cordless version if you have budget for it. The cord is a bit more of a headache than I thought it would be. Very pleased with the Snow Joe brand and quality.

    Thanks to the guy who just let him keep that board. He has kept it all those years and story lived on.

    My name is Leroy and I'm a "Board Hoarder". It all started with my getaway Nitro 168 and gradually got worse. Now it's a couple of Voile' 183 splits and i can't stop doing lines and cold smoking 30' rooster tails all over the place. I am an addict. I'm much better now, i'm on the 12,000 step program. YEW!!!

    Thank you for designing and creating Jones Flagship. I will keep mine one forever. Somehow the Flagship contains the spirit that brigs me to the mountain and gives me the confidence that this experience can be one that i will remember forever.
    :-)
    now i have more boards which i also like, but this one will have a very special place in my heart forever

    He'll be riding a 152, super light Hovercraft split board when he is 90 years old and running around the backcountry. Radness.

    Thank you Jeremy, beautiful insights from my hero. I'm still riding my original Solution 168 from 2010, still very happy with it! Working at WWF-Switzerland, we have the honor of sharing offices with the Switzerland branch of POW, Nicolas and his team. Keep up the fight for future generations, you're an inspiration!

    Thank you for doing what you do. After surfing for 40years I can now find the same feeling in the mountains that use to be found in the surf, it's your boards that make that happen. Spoon on a solution, I'm in. ,

    My favorite board I've ever ridden is the GNU Mullair. I'd love to see an interpretation of that board from Jones because I think it would be epic, and Jones boards are always high quality.

      My two favourite boards are the Jones flagship and gnu mullair. I’ve owned several of both board, they are the best imo. Very sad gnu dropped Nico, if Jones did a collaboration with him that would be mind blowing!

    I still have my flagship 167 (I'm tall), and I've been thru a few others but have never let that one go. I've repaired the Ash topsheet a couple times, but its been 11 years now I think? And it still solid and flies! My favorite popsicle stick by far

    Thanks Jeremy for everything! I have a first gen Solution Carbon from 2012 (might have been the first retail board in the southern hemisphere?) and a 2015 Mountain Twin. Whenever I ride them I smile ear to ear.
    I also got to ride a 152 Hovercraft in resort and fell in love with it so I totally understand why Jeremy chose that out of all the boards to be the one he will ride into the sunset on 👍

    Owned so many boards from the line, still own 2 of them... When it comes to going fast, nothing compares to the Jones base. My Ultracraft 156 makes 60/mph feel like 30... If you like going fast, this is the brand.

    For a guy who pushes to help protect our environment , you sure do a a big carbon footprint with all those boards. Is it really necessary to have so many?

    • @jeremyjones7046
      @jeremyjones7046 4 роки тому +7

      Great point. I keep one, sometimes two boards a year that have special meaning. 35 years of riding this ads up. For awhile I kept a new version of every pro model but when I started Jones I stopped doing that. The rest I pass along. When I am testing I will get overloaded on a certain model. Once the test is finished I will pass the boards along to employees, riders, friends. If its a brand new shape I will keep the original proto. Sadly I do not have the original flagship though.

      Still doesn't answer why we need to consume so much. If the snowboard industry is really concerned about the earth, why don't they just stop manufacturing so many boards. Hmmmmmm, or is it a big façade to seem like they really care?
