Ok y’all this is what I did (I stayed home for 2 days using this & keep in mind I have VERY strict parents. My dad is literally a teacher lol) 1. At dinner the night before didn’t eat much 2. Act upset or weird around parents around 6:30 pm (but no earlier!!!! Can be later tho) 3. They’ll ask what’s wrong & say you haven’t been feeling well since you got home from school 4. Take a hot bath & I mean like close to burning hot to raise your temperature to fake a fever 5. Go to parents after shower, let them feel forehead & say your feeling worse. 6. Go to bed early. Your parents will be worried if you usually stay up late but today go to bed early 7. Wake up at 1 am-ish (or when both parents are asleep.) 8. Go to one of your parents & say that you threw up. (I recommend going to the parent who will care the most. For example my mom would just say “go back to sleep” but when i went to my dad he was that one who was like “let’s get you some medicine & your not going to school tmrw”) Almost guaranteed that you’ll stay home! For the next day if you feel like staying home again: 1. Say your not feeling much better 2. If you really need to I recommend faking throwing up again or actually throwing up 3. Pretend to take medicine if they ask you to (if you take it & say your not feeling much better, they’ll probably let you stay home again) 4. Be slow, act tired, & act idk just sick lol 5. If they insist that you shouldn’t go to school say something like “awe I have a test I’ve been studying for. But I’ll be able to take it another time” DONT PROTEST GOING TO SCHOOL TOO MUCH OR THEYLL SEND YOU TO SCHOOL Hope this helps

Another tip I do once a year: My bathroom happens to be next to my parents room. Now they aren't stupid so I have to execute this perfectly. Go to a place where your parents will most likely hear it, but not see it. Eat something untill it gets mushy, but don't actually swallow. Spit it out and then make a gagging noise. If you don't know how to do that, stuck your fingers in your mouth. Cough a few times after and there you go. When it comes to eating. Your parents will get suspicious if they've never seen you throw up. If that's the case, you can either, actually make yourself throw up, or just keep a bunch of food in your mouth, make a gagging sound, and spit it out in a trashcan or sink (maybe even the floor) in front or near them. Again, I only do this once or maybe twice every year or two. My parents aren't stupid so it takes a lot. It also helps if you have a good relationship with them. Like if you respect them and they trust you. Doesn't have to be a lot, but it's recommended. If they think that you wouldn't lie to them, then this is perfect.
Just an advice of how I fake sick although it wouldn't come like 100% faking anymore. Here's how I do it: 1. Check what your body couldn't take I know it sounds ridiculous and also harming your body, but tbh, I'm completely bad with cold season, causing me to feel sicker than before 2. Go against your immune system Again, it's harming the body, but if you truly can't take school anymore, do something that your immune system is highly against with 3. Repeat the cycle Now repeat this cycle, it may work for some people but just a reminder it will worsen the sickness so I hope you find this useful! (I caught a cough during the morning assembly so I use that as a chance to not going for my exams. Turns out I almost this close getting strep throat after drinking cold water too much 💀 I even exposed my body to shower cold water and etc, hence I make it 100% not fake anymore Right now I'm struggling to breathe 🗿 so don't mind me skipping school for exams) Another new information: If the video doesn't worked (as in, your parents found out), I recommend drinking contaminated water. Trust me, I know it's disgusting but it's better to have strep throat instead of faking sickness. I tried it yesterday and my tonsils were inflamed recently so I managed to skip school lol Don't overdo it, you might kill yourself and get sent to the hospital to remove the tonsillitis inside of your mouth

I now 17 female once woke up when I was around 4th grade and knew that an important test was on that exact day. I knew in an instant that I needed to stay home because I was so unprepared that I became so stressed that my stomach hurt. So I decided to play sick to study for the late-writers. I changed slowly, caught a few times but the moment my mum gave me my breakfast, the stress of keeping my act up and the test became so much that I ran to the bathroom and threw up for what felt like hours. My mum instantly said that I was going to stay home and if she says something, it's like a rule from the bible in that moment. This went on for like 2 days in total until I wasn't allowed to eat sweets anymore and I wasn't complaining tbh since I loved the crackers I was allowed to eat instead. The only thing was that I needed to go to school since the late-writers had to write on that exact day otherwise they would get an F on the test. Me knowing what would happen when I woukd get a bad grade went to school and luckily got home with a good grade. My mum had a really bad day when I got my test results so it kinda saved my life then :]

Another tip I do once a year:
My bathroom happens to be next to my parents room. Now they aren't stupid so I have to execute this perfectly.
Go to a place where your parents will most likely hear it, but not see it. Eat something untill it gets mushy, but don't actually swallow. Spit it out and then make a gagging noise. If you don't know how to do that, stuck your fingers in your mouth. Cough a few times after and there you go.
When it comes to eating. Your parents will get suspicious if they've never seen you throw up. If that's the case, you can either, actually make yourself throw up, or just keep a bunch of food in your mouth, make a gagging sound, and spit it out in a trashcan or sink (maybe even the floor) in front or near them.
Again, I only do this once or maybe twice every year or two. My parents aren't stupid so it takes a lot.
It also helps if you have a good relationship with them. Like if you respect them and they trust you. Doesn't have to be a lot, but it's recommended. If they think that you wouldn't lie to them, then this is perfect.

Just an advice of how I fake sick although it wouldn't come like 100% faking anymore.
Here's how I do it:
1. Check what your body couldn't take
I know it sounds ridiculous and also harming your body, but tbh, I'm completely bad with cold season, causing me to feel sicker than before
2. Go against your immune system
Again, it's harming the body, but if you truly can't take school anymore, do something that your immune system is highly against with
3. Repeat the cycle
Now repeat this cycle, it may work for some people but just a reminder it will worsen the sickness so I hope you find this useful!
(I caught a cough during the morning assembly so I use that as a chance to not going for my exams. Turns out I almost this close getting strep throat after drinking cold water too much 💀 I even exposed my body to shower cold water and etc, hence I make it 100% not fake anymore
Right now I'm struggling to breathe 🗿 so don't mind me skipping school for exams)
Another new information:
If the video doesn't worked (as in, your parents found out), I recommend drinking contaminated water. Trust me, I know it's disgusting but it's better to have strep throat instead of faking sickness. I tried it yesterday and my tonsils were inflamed recently so I managed to skip school lol
Don't overdo it, you might kill yourself and get sent to the hospital to remove the tonsillitis inside of your mouth
I did this once but instead I had cereal and after my mom went in the garage for a smoke and then I slowly went to the cabinet and but some cereal in my mouth and milk and water and I fake puking and it landed on the floor my mom ran in and escorted me to my bed and I got to miss half the week

My new school is really good at letting you go home, literally all we need is permission from an adult or teacher or them and they call our parents depending on how ill we are but if we have a headache we just walk home.

I did this today and my mom is convinced that I'm sick. This worked but sadly my mom doesn't go to her job on Mondays (she is a teacher and she doesn't teach on Mondays) so now my mom keeps checking on me. I now 17 female once woke up when I was around 4th grade and knew that an important test was on that exact day.
I knew in an instant that I needed to stay home because I was so unprepared that I became so stressed that my stomach hurt. So I decided to play sick to study for the late-writers. I changed slowly, caught a few times but the moment my mum gave me my breakfast, the stress of keeping my act up and the test became so much that I ran to the bathroom and threw up for what felt like hours. My mum instantly said that I was going to stay home and if she says something, it's like a rule from the bible in that moment.
This went on for like 2 days in total until I wasn't allowed to eat sweets anymore and I wasn't complaining tbh since I loved the crackers I was allowed to eat instead.
The only thing was that I needed to go to school since the late-writers had to write on that exact day otherwise they would get an F on the test. Me knowing what would happen when I woukd get a bad grade went to school and luckily got home with a good grade.
My mum had a really bad day when I got my test results so it kinda saved my life then :]
