Zii, do you have any concerns about that Highwaymen RoF passive being overpowered? I'd guess it could be argued that it's an offensive boost akin to the Cleaners' fire damage, just that there's no delay (not counting having to earn the boost through kill-chains). Regardless, thanks for the info!
