- Check out Japan's dying outlaw car scene at the Hello Special 2022 (はろーすぺしゃる) car show in Osaka filled with "Bosozoku" Kaido Racers (街道レーサー) and Deco Tora (デコトラ).
Often mislabelled as "Bosozoku cars," referring to Japan's outlaw biker gangs, Kaido Racer cars are an OG-style of JDM car customization. Old JDM classics are customized in an over the top, aggressive fashion that looks super cool.

A different world. Can those pimped out trucks drive legally on the streets of Japan?
It's a gray zone! They're technically unable to pass the "shaken" vehicle inspections, but since most of the mods are bolt-on's, they can simply de-modify their trucks every 2 years when the inspection comes around!
